on August 16th 2023 a chamy police officer on patrol spotted a vehicle making an illegal U-turn in chambley Georgia [Music] [Music] the officer initiated a traffic stop but the driver refused to pull over and continued driving 302 I Believe [Music] on whiskey3 [Music] we made him on the [Music] phone what your that's backup units were dispatched and officers eventually boxed in the vehicle forcing it to stop stop hands get your hands up hands up when the officer instructed the driver to step out of the vehicle he pretended not to understand what was happening and refused to comply hands put your hands up you think we're [ __ ] kidding get out of the car open the car slowly with your hands I didn't do anything open the car up with your hands why what am I What's happen put it up with your hands I'mma bust your window out what did I open the door I'mma bust your window out what's going on open the door what what happened open the door let me see your hands dude mother the [ __ ] I ain't driver's license yes get in a Georgia driver's license no for where New Hampshire New Hampshire they got police in New Hampshire right yes what happens when they get behind you you pull over for them all the way in the car dude get in a search of the vehicle yielded nothing suspicious 30 years old man pull the how old is he 30 old enough to know better what what you say I thought you were trying officer advised him of his Miranda rights and asked him to take a breathalyzer test still in disbelief that all this was over an illegal U-turn all right so you have the right to remain silent anything you say will be used in court as evidence against you you're entitled to have a lawyer now I'll have him present now anytime during questioning if you canot afford a lawyer one will be appointed for you without C may be present at all times during questioning you can decide at any time to exercise these rights and do not answer any questions at any time or make any statements do you
