on July 7th 2023 shamble police officers responded to a call about another package theft at a local condominium building in chamble Georgia multiple residents shared surveillance footage showing two individuals stealing packages from the building see they see him all right can I see oh yeah I'm trying to get it to play yeah they him and there's another one that he's talking to in one of the videos oh come on what's going on me I Stu yeah cuz he def have them and they were up on the third floor yeah see there's the plants he's carrying a bike see I'm trying to see if they see him cuz he
