Okay. All right. And what um so you have a you're getting sick and you were looking for your neck how you get Okay. Yeah. Did you try and when they stopped you asked you to stop? Did you uh I stopped. I stopped over there. Didn't even leave the freaking I didn't even leave the building at all. Okay. And he just kept pulling my arm. I have a bad injury right here. And I'm diabetic and I got high blood pressure. So when I told him I couldn't breathe. He just kept pushing my chest in. I'm like, "Yo, what the hell? This guy right there with the brake. He's like, "I don't give a fuck." He just kept trying to further injure me cuz the more I told him I was injured, the more he just try to pull my arm up, which I think is just that's just messed up. You don't do that. You know, I told him I wasn't going nowhere. You just kept me too the whole time. Like, you can't do that. And if you pull up my If you pull up right here, I have a really bad injury right now. I'm not healing. I fell off a scooter and I sprayed myself and I haven't healed cuz I'm diabetic. It's been like that for like six months. Um I thought you got it. [Music] Um, can you just find, if you didn't already, can you just find out uh why they uh like detained him like that? If he was being aggressive or he's trying to leave or I wasn't being aggressive at all. I was just Right. There's three versions of events. Listen, your events, their events are the truth, right? We're here to try and find the truth. So, four going to happen. That's why Hey, I'm talking to you. He's talking to them. I'm going to watch the cameras. So, I'm going to try and see what happened here today. Okay. Okay. [Music] [ __ ] my arm pretty bad, man. So, your refund's going to be just go ahead. Appreciate that. What's going to happen now? Um, we're going to take you over to the hospital. I'm probably going to sit with you while you get some treatment. Um, my partner's going to go up do some paperwork. What kind of criminal history do you have? Uh, just one shot. Just one before this. All right. So, this this depending on I don't know how much you took and stuff. I think months for that though. Okay. So, I came out October. Gotcha. Yeah. It depends about a couple things like that. Your criminal history is one indicator and it depends how much you you took here today. But you might just get out of here with a ticket. I don't know. Okay. I I can't promise that. I just I I just have all the information in front of me. You know what I'm saying? That's all right. I just didn't appreciate him pulling my arm up like that. I told I had He said that he just tried to push away. That's why it I told him to get off and I didn't breathe. I was I couldn't breathe. He's pulling my chest in. If you look at the cameras, there's four of them. One of them was pulling my chest in like with his two arms pushing my chest and one was pulling my arm up like that. So I had to get off. I had to like get off. I had to try to move to breathe and he tried to lift my and then my pants falling. I was trying to pick up my pants. They let me pick up my pants. I told him I'm not going. I was like I was asking you guys the whole time. I was like where are they? Where are they? How long? Why did they take it so long? Went out the door. I never went out the door. I don't know what happened. Just saying. I'm trying to see that. I never went out the door. That's what he [Music] sure. Yes. Sorry about you already. Um uh shoplifter. Um he was attempting to lose the store. The loss prevention uh attempted to stop him. He tried to push past him and then they just uh held him up against the wall until we got there. Um, he's complaining of injuries. We're going to take him to Humsy after this. Do I need to take any other important information from loss prevention? [Music] Um, I'm I'm I want to look at the the footage. Yeah. So, um I will let you know, but I I just I wasn't sure if um there's any issues with loss prevention doing that. Okay, sounds good. I'll let you know what we got. Yo, Wy, holding real quick. Yeah, I got you as well. Who was the who was the first person to try and just stop him? So I acknowledge him first. So then then I acknowledge him. I said, "All right, sir. You got to come with me." And then he tried pushing his way out and that's why he got pinned on the wall. Okay. So did he physically try and push past you? There's a I would like to uh view the surveillance footage of this. Um I just I don't want to leave him alone. So, I'm just going to hang out for a sec until uh he's done gathering this information. I'm going to head up with you and then uh will stay with me. [Music] I'm able to put a finger through that. It's really bad. I really can't feel this hand. I can't feel his hand. I I can loosen a little bit, but I'm able to put a finger through it. I can put two fingers through. I'm able to put two fingers in it. That means that the cuff's not tight. I can loosen this one. And I double cuffed you cuz you got the arm injury right here. So I I tried to do No, they always cuff me cuz I they can't I can't flip it with one cuff. [Music] Better double lock. Do you have a file with the uh that I gave you? This one I get a number right. [Music] Yep. Are you good here? I just want to view footage. That's all right. You good on OP? What are you doing? All right, I can step up. [Music] 176. Just depending if he actually physically pushed past you or attempted, you know, to use force during the shoplifting, it'll be a different charge for him. So, at first he did not want to let go of the bag, though. Mhm. And then eventually I ended up like snatching the back from him and then that's when he like started pushing his way up. 1450. So the time he came in, by the way, it's um 3:57 p.m. He walks in at 3:57. All right. Let me just get my hand. All right. He walks in 1557. Mhm. 57. Yeah. And the first thing he conceals is a toothpaste. And now two. [Music] Now it conceals the the shampoos right now. Yeah, I have a number for that party. I don't give them a call. You want me to have them meet you in there? I actually uh just got busted into the building here. So, I'm going to go up and talk to them. Also, from the witness here, stated that the striking vehicle may be a delivery driver for Rosario's defensive. Yeah. So, he's just putting everything in like what is that like a backpack or something? Okay. Is it Is that his property? Yes. Okay. It could be downstairs. I'm assuming that lost in the shuffle for now. We'll see if we can track it down. If not, we'll figure it out. Right there. So, then he pretends to go to selfch checkup. M but not a single item comes out. And once he the coast is clear, he just walks right out. So this is 59. So 3:59 p.m. See, he leaves the empty car there. He's in for 3 minutes. Yes. Wow. So 3:59 p.m. He leaves the empty car there and take the whole duffel bag and walks out without paying. [Music] [Music] old bag right now. Just put it underneath with the patient. [Music] So about 400 p.m. he's investigate. So that's me making first approach. Um I'm telling him any dump items. He's been hesitant. He's not trying to let go of those items. And then the whole time we did had on pink. So when if I know what I saw, but uh from your recollection when he still had possession of the bag, was he still trying to get out of the store? Like physically he was trying to get past you with his bag? Definitely. Okay. [Music] He got me out of his right now. And you would be able to burn all this for us, right? 100%. You don't have to right now. You can take your time and uh get it accent. Yeah, no problem. What's your email, man? Did you give it to Okay, that's fine. He's got it. Um, just give me a case number. Sure. 102. Just a case number for Shop, please. 14347. 14347. There's a 25 in front of that. Yeah. 1437. Yep. Perfect. Good. Appreciate it. All right, guys. No one needs a ambulance, right? You guys are all good. Okay. All right. Have a good one, guys. Good. Need an ambulance or anything? Can I go out that way or you got to go?
