On March 8th, 2026, officers from Secaucus Police arrived at the Episcopal Church of Our Savior after reports of a man yelling at a parishioner. Officers were forced to intervene as an unprovoked confrontation intensified based on the victim's personal identity. Here are the events that occurred. How you doing? What's going on? I'll talk to you. >> This church has been here for many years. Now, about 6 months ago, they had this uh gay flag up. And then they had a lot of nonsense about Donald Trump. So, they took it down, and now it's back up. So, I asked them, "Why don't you have an American flag up?" See, the American flag gives them the right to put that flag up. Are Are we on the same page? Mhm. Are we on the same page? Because otherwise, you're going to arrest me. Listen, I'm We obviously have to go >> I have a First Amendment right, don't I? So, my First Amendment right is to ask them, "Why don't we have an American flag up?" Cuz the American flag lets them do what they want to do. No, no, no. I was I was trying to hand them the flag. I said, "Why don't you put this up?" That's all. It It's It's It's simple. You're You're an American citizen. Put up an American flag. We don't We don't want to hear your side. We have our own side. But at least obey and respect the fact that you live in America, and America is the American flag. All right? So, I'm an American. I'm a Secaucus citizen. I don't want to see that. Now, you could put it up. I have no right to tell them want it down. But I do have a right I feel I have a right to tell but at least an American flag up also. Is that am I making any sense? I mean it's a it's a Is that a law? Did I break a law? I don't know exactly what you did yet. So I got to speak with them and see They got a problem. They got a problem. Obviously they're you know Um I've been passing here for the last But if it upsets you why not go a different route? No no you don't understand. You're not getting the point. Point is this is America. Yeah. You can put that flag up because of this. And if you don't want to put it up I'm just asking you why. I'm asking a question. They get triggered by [ __ ] because they know they're wrong. If you go to another country try doing this [ __ ] in Russia. Try doing this [ __ ] in Cuba. Try doing this [ __ ] in anywhere else. Try doing it in France. You're not going to get away. If you go to if you go to Muslim country they'll cut your head. That's why I got it.
