On the evening of July 29th, a drunken altercation broke out between a couple in a barn at Monmouth Park Racecourse. Infuriated, the woman slapped her boyfriend in the face and he pushed her back. The boyfriend suffered a broken lip while the woman remained agitated and aggressive. The situation escalated rapidly under the influence of alcohol.
