Cuz we didn't get a chance to get there last night. Um, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in court. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him or her present with you while you are being questioned. If you cannot afford tire lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before any questioning upon your request. You can decide to exercise these rights at any time and not answering my questions or make any statements. >> Do you understand? >> Answer those questions. >> Do you understand each of these rights as I have read them to you? >> Do you understand them? Okay. Um when you get released, you're going to be getting that stuff back. Okay. You have your pocketbook with a with a bunch of uh stuff in in there. I'm going to add that to the list. Going to add that to the list. Black pocket book. [Music] Now you got the white phone, the white iPhone, the silver iPhone, and then the $27155. Yeah, I can. >> I I can I I can include that in my report because I went over there, right? So, I can I can throw that in my report. That's no big deal. So, you don't have to do it unless they want you to do a sub for the transport. >> Nice. >> Mike, it was just the matron. >> Uh, no. So, everything started in the matron. >> Okay. and then uh filtered back out into cell one. So the whole hallway into cell one. So they might as well just do >> Okay. And then on the matrix cell, that's where she got sprayed on the bed. [Music] I will gladly tell you what happened. So, and I'll explain also what you're being charged with. Okay. It's uh significant, but you know, we got to do our jobs and I probably you you probably you probably don't remember me telling you this is that sometimes we all make mistakes and we just >> got to try to stay calm and deal with it as it comes. You know, take baby steps and try instead of trying to think, you know, two, three, four months down the road, you know, just >> just take it as what it is right now. That's what court is for. Yeah, we're going to figure that all out later. Right. So, uh, >> from what we're being told, apparently you pulled into a gas station and on your way out, you almost hit a couple of, uh, gas attendants and then you pulled into a different shopping center and instead of pulling into the exit, you went over the curb where you ripped the tailpipe and the bumper off of your car. My other partner got behind you, tried to stop you. You didn't stop. So, you were involved in a pursuit, a brief pursuit with us. Um, you eventually stopped. Um, you eventually stopped. Uh, we placed you under arrest. You wrestled around with us for a little while. probably better off. >> Um, we brought you back here and >> you bit my forearm when I'm trying to take you out of the car. >> You kick us a bunch of times. You actually slap me in the face once. Um, it got to the point where then we had to pepper spray you, okay? To try to try to get control of you. Listen, I don't none of us here take it personal. >> It's just a job. It may be out of character character for you and that may, you know, it might have been influenced by, you know, whatever you had in your system, you know, that's why we don't take it personal, okay? So, I don't want you to get all upset and worried about it. We just we just have to do what we have to do. Um, and obviously there's going to be some uh some tickets issued also to you, okay, for all all this stuff. Um, we don't make the determination on whether you go to county or not. That's the uh that's the prosecutor's office. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Oh my god. Like a wild person. I'm sure I'm sure >> someday you'll be able to see the videos >> and uh you're not going to be happy. >> Yes. Just like this is right now. Okay. Everything's being recorded right now. So you listen, just try to stay calm, okay? Like I just told you. All right. We worked on breathing last night. Okay? All right. Take that deep breath in and back out. Okay? Take it one day at a time. >> If one day is too much. >> Yo, >> you got the EMT driver information, right? >> No. >> I think he does. Molly has it. >> Molly. >> Muts. >> My eyes is burning. >> Your eyes are going to burn a little bit. Okay. Just try not to rub them. Okay. If you cry, you're just going to reactivate whatever. Uh, pepper spray. You still may be having lingering in there. Okay. [Music] >> That's not my character. >> Listen, I don't So, here here's some here's something here's something I'll tell you about me, right? >> I don't judge anyone, right? Just do my job and treat everyone with respect. I don't judge anybody for whatever happens. All right? It is what it is. Yeah. So, we're going to do that. >> You'll add that in your report and I'll do a supplemental >> and I'll do complaints for that, too. [Music] >> You have complaints on already? No. >> No. [Music] >> Yo. >> Oh, [ __ ] What you talking? >> Get out of here, bro. You can turn around. But you didn't go to the right place. Huh? >> I'm just talking to myself. [Music] There has to be an easier way to do this. This is so I've never seen anything like this. [Music] Of course, the dump soap takes forever to do the shower. [Music] The computer is so slow of the RAM. You just can't process three programs. >> No, it's just not enough RAM, not enough memory to and hard drive space to run three program, three big programs. None of these programs are small. [Music] I'm sure there's going to be a faster way for this. So, you go use the bathroom. You want to see if they're cleaning if she's able to use the bathroom, please? >> You hold it for a little while till they're done cleaning. >> Yeah. Well, they are. >> They're good. >> Oh, they're still bleeding. >> Can she use one of the uh male cells? Yeah, that's going [Music] to clear. >> Want me to check with the bosses first? clear.
