Bar staff later told police that the driver had been drinking beer and rum inside. When officers arrived, the driver was still there, 28-year-old Juliana. She told them she didn't understand English well and spoke mostly Portuguese. The officers even asked nearby towns if a Spanish or Portuguese-speaking officer was available to help translate. What you're about to see is the body camera footage from that moment forward, showing how a minor parking lot crash quickly turned into a full DWI arrest. >> Got a driver's license. >> County attached New Jersey Delta 26 Papa November Echo and New Jersey Romeo 21 November Romeo Mike, please.
