wouldn't get the citation I mean she she's the mother she would she's the child even though he was operating the she's a little Guardian as long as the child be in a vehicle without a car seat okay where you at any reason why the kids were in a car seat honestly because we had all of we just hopped in we had to do a recertification for our apartment and we were being irresponsible last minute and we needed to go do that because they said our last day was today and we all that's why that okay cuz you understand like how dangerous that is right yes sir I do I do like last year we had 26 fatality acents I I do not want to have a fatality action especially with a child yes sir we were literally headed back to the house I understand so did who is Mr ainson do you I'm not from here so I call him my brother my cousin but I don't you know I yeah his girlfriend have you do you have a gun on him today or anything like that he he had nothing where did this pipe come from what pipe pipe is sitting in the driver's seat right there my boyfriend it wouldn't have been him my boyfriend he what does he do can I see the insurance Court yes where he expired the 2nd of no I just got it on March 2nd you see where it says expiration date 32 20 oh 2023 I can't let me just verify the van any idea where he could have gone I don't know honestly like I say I'm not I haven't been here that long so so we've debunk the uh insurance issue but the other issue is the child seat I got to see if the other officer wants to site either you or uh him for the no se no you uh is this her phone I think yeah I think that's hers cuz that's my he's going to ask like I said my boyfriend was in the that was your what's they have in the front uh they have insurance on the vehicle you good here yeah unfortunately the K9 didn't find him but officers did receive a tip from someone he noticed a suspicious man wearing bright red clothes in the woods and his backyard and called it in I don't want get
