well you well your eyes are really you're stumbling me crying okay I'm upset uhhuh because my car is literally has a flat tire and I have a spare I'm not intoxicated and I'm not well when you got out of the car you stumbled your way out and you almost I Stumble because I'm in crying I'm upset and you literally almost walked to the roadway backing up and your key was on ground no I will never claim to be intoxicated mhm but I claim to have a flat tire well to be in distress uhhuh how do you have a you have two flat tires I've never had two flat tires before 2021 mhm and I have I'm [Music] not I'm not a bad person I know you're not I'm sure you're not but you've made some bad decisions today do you know what the de decisions are that you did you don't know your bad decisions today being in somebody's parking lot with two black two tires that are flat mhm that's the only bad decision you did yep only ones I will ever claim I'm a promise I'm not a I don't deserve anything I don't want to let me get some information on you please don't take me all right let me you to get some information what's your phone number all right you say you're from Portland Oregon what's your address over there uh yes I'd like to talk to you real quick hello does this open or okay I person call oh that's fine she's not going to remember this tomorrow huh she's not going to remember this tomorrow no no no I need you come I don't sometimes they do um you can come my here to my living room I'm um I'm like shaking like a Le and I'll turn on my light once you get in here okay um she's not she's she has has no clue you called I she has no clue you called she has no clue I'm called but here's the thing here's the thing she sees you coming into my house right well that's only because I told her that I was going to see if you know she knew you or you know she's very intoxicated trust me she's not going to she don't even know where she's at right now um let turn that off let me live well here's the thing I told the number one I said I like this I said especially when you see the jacket right that's still off the hook especially when you see the jacket and I was like when I call down one I said I thought I heard something mhm oh gosh is this I'm trying to get this off I think it went off anyway we heard something um my neighbor heard some kind of commotion I thought what the world so I sit here watch trying to watch the brace whatever I thought what the world and I thought well you know what maybe I just look at the doorbell and then then the car been sitting there sitting there somebody come out and then somebody came to the door with that jacket on with the hood sound like they were crying I'm like and I wasn't going through the door and they just kep there and then they R the thing kep sitting there like oh my God the ring doorbell yes okay did you see the car pull up or anything like that no cuz when I was watching TV when I was watching TV I thought I heard something I thought I heard some people talking some people talking right and um I thought okay we around here people walk up down the street yes ma'am they love to have the Cs got them you know the pants down to here right right over there mhm they walk up down the street like that and I was thinking about people are talking and I had the game going I guess people are talking and I thought they're still talking that was about 15 minutes that car has been there for a while right I don't know if anybody else is in that car not okay um did she do anything to your house like try and get in or do anything like that she just came to the door and rang the doorbell well how I pushed on the screen whatever but I don't know if anybody else is with this individual no there's no one else I didn't see anybody else um but I don't know person's out walking around I mean what does she say she is what is she's doing uh she's just very intoxicated and she's driving so that's probably why she ended up here cuz she has a flat tire and so she pulled over and she's super drunk and at least she knows that she can't go anywhere she got a flat tire right um I just didn't know if she damaged your house or anything or tried to make entry or anything like that no no no no no no no don't try to don't ENT or whatever I was like I can't I when I want I said I can't even breathe when it gets like this right here you know what I'm saying cuz you look on the door being like Oh my God yes' this hood that jacket and the car just sitting there with lights on or whatever yes ma'am all right I just don't like individuals to know that it was me cuz you can be drunk I've been I haven't drinking since 1986 but I used to get really really really really really drunk and I still remember who might told on me or whatever right um I promise you this woman she has no idea where she's at she don't even know she's in Athens so you yeah you have nothing to worry about for that and yeah you don't feel like you don't feel like nobody else is with her no no one I I think she's just driving in town and she had hit a curb or hit something and this is where she pulled over up well to explain to her when you have a cell phone lady down 911 it would come out and help you right you know did she say she' come up here and try knock on the door and stuff like that she didn't say anything no she didn't say anything okay all right um she got the black Tire what are you'all going to do I mean we'll tellw the car huh we'll tellw the car what are you going to do with her uh car it depends uh how the investigation goes the other officers working it right now well so what can't you just put in down car and take with y'all I mean she going to tell the car she's got to sit here for a while that's what we'll end up doing putting around the car with you mhm yes good good cuz if the car's just sitting here that mean she's got to sit here right and then she come back to my door again right no she's going to be leaving and the car is going to be leaving perfect yes ma'am okay all right so y'all going to stay here so you know she's off the property yes I'm going to turn this back off so she can't see you coming not of here okay that's fine thank you yes ma'am I appreciate it let me just do this right here so that way you can't see I appreciate it thank you yes ma'am you be safe all right you too thank you this has been no record thank you stay safe you [Music] too he's not a bad all right so how are we what are we going to do with your car I have one TI and I mean I haven't sure it they'll come fix my I mean I'm kind of boozy you know they don't fix my [ __ ] I have one and I sorry I have asthma I have insurance so they'll come you know they'll fix my tires and then I'll leave but I mean I've never I don't know I don't I don't know what else you want me to say is I have insurance and I have triaa and they come fix my tires all right so you said you don't you don't want to do the standardized CR body test no I don't even know what that is this is a serious test look at your eyes well the longer I sit I have to sit here and wait for them to come fix my tire have you called him no because I'm I'm more worried about I mean I have two police off shut up well I'm saying youo Taco Bell sorry hey be quiet you were you were sitting here for a couple of minutes right yeah why don't you call them while we were while you were sitting here because I'm from Portland Oregon and I'm kind of scared and I'm learning my new environment and like how to navigate and how to do things you know so again I have one tire in my car that I could fix my own tire and I I have Triple A so it's like I have to wait to call but I I also have an illness that you know I have an illness so like what is your illness I have really bad asthma and so I like can't breathe sometimes and I have like two inhalers and I have all these U medications that I'm on so it's like I have to like I just I have to take my time I have to breathe and I have to have like like that the me it doesn't help me so you were coming into town right do you know how you got these flat tires you have more than one flat tire I have two I have two on one side the other side is fine what' you hit I don't know how long were you driving not very long not very long where are you coming from you live in Clark County I don't know I don't know Street not my street around the corner it could have been where where were you coming from that's the I didn't I wasn't driving driving my partner okay where they at around the corner they will come to me you know they will help me fix my tires and do the things so that was Miss Franklin right she called us saying that you were drunk and you drove off yeah yes so now you drove off and then you got the flat tires and that's why you stopped here okay how did you get the flat tires all right let me talk to him for a second figure out what we're going to do okay put your hands your back turn around put your hand behind your back let me speak to hello let me speak to Dos hello yeah you guys taking her to jail yeah she's going to jail um what what I'mma do about the car and her dog we're going to tow the car because it's on somebody's property and she has two flat tires and it can't be driven the dog you can come get the dog and all I don't have a way this off officer just left me she left me I was driving I'm sober she left and I'm the one that call the tops right because I wanted to I she wanted her keys and I didn't want an argument to ensue so but she pulled off before I drive so right now I'm walking like I don't oh you're walking you don't have a way to she left me at my cousin's house and no one's here I just call him he's on his way home but it's going to take him an hour he's getting off of work okay I can't come get the dog right now I'll come get him but I can't come right now I don't know where she's even at uh we're not too far away um are you walking right now yeah all right we are at I'm all right we're at you know where that is yeah but I'm she's at the corner yeah right at the corner that's a walk from where I'm at um yeah I'm thinking if I can come pick you up but I can't leave the car and the dog you know uh I I want to come get her dog because and I wanted to come get her a car yeah but the car yeah you can't drive the car or sh you know no I could I could have got two tires put on and then got it out there yard yeah um but um cuz I really didn't need her car to go in the Empire she's not from here yeah you know I'm already gonna be the one having to bun her out of jail yeah you get what I'm saying so I mean I would have came and got the car um where she going to be at Clark County yeah she'll be in Clark County jail and what are you guys getting her for DUI DUI yeah okay you've already called him pound yeah we did [ __ ] okay um I can't come get the dog right now I'm waiting on a ride I mean as soon as he come I can come get the dog I don't even know she um where you at I'm over here I'm the one call the cops y'all came here first yeah if you stay there if you stay where you called earlier I can get this dog put in the back my seat car and drive over there and give it to you and then the car is just going to get towed all right well I mean I need I need his little soft kennel yeah he's in his kennel right now in the back seat of her car okay so I can take all that and I'll come drive it to you cuz I don't want to call animal control and do all that whatnot you know yeah all right let me
