relocated from Austin Texas to Athens and my house is about a block away about a block away okay have you had any alcohol today no sir okay you got really slurred speech when you're talking to me between that and the the inability to maintain your lane it makes me wonder if you're under the influence of something not at at all okay sounds good have you um do you take medication or anything uh and you're going to count one 1 two 3 and so on until you get to nine once you get to nine you'll take those small steps around and then you'll take nine steps back one 2 3 and so on until you get to nine okay yes sir you understand the instructions yes sir okay make sure you keep your arms down by your side the whole time and make sure you walk Heel To Toe yep and then you can begin whenever you're ready right don't walk in the road I'm really nervous okay I understand you can continue whenever you're ready all right arms down by your side I'm really nervous it's it's not my ability to drive it's my nervousness about this whole situation do you wish to continue that test I wish to go home do you want to continue that test that you were doing or are you done with it what's my other then you should be good to go once you get up there they'll check your record make sure that you don't have any other DUI history and then they'll probably let you out pretty quick tonight you have it'll say that you're allowed to drive until that day if that makes sense it's a temporary driver's permit until the 46th day okay and then what happens after the 46th day after the 46 day your license gets suspended okay in that time period in the 46 day time period there's information on the back of your copy for how you can appeal that suspension okay and then you can you you'll be able to have an ALS hearing is what it is and they'll be able to determine whether or not your suspension was valid or not so if you'll just sign right here it's not saying that you're guilty of anything it's just saying that you have received your copy of your suspension notice and that you are aware that you are getting a temporary driver's permit for the next 45 days on your copy here uh that one's not I'm sorry that off the top on the back here this will be in your in your paperwork and you'll be able to look at this whenever you get uh release on the back it has the appeal procedures of how
