on July 23rd 2023 in Prairie duen Wisconsin an on duty officer observed a vehicle go through a roped off parking lot due to this odd maneuver a traffic stop was initiated it was noted that the officer recognized the driver from quote past professional contacts hey traffic Michigan [Applause] where where what why'd you go through the the fencing over there cuz I thought I could just go around and date August 7th at 130m Elizabeth was transported to the hospital for an evidentiary blood draw where she continued being uncooperative with officers and Hospital staff my blood is not going to be drawn from you and my counselor and my doctor will we have a war I don't give a what you have if I call my counselor and my doctor right now my blood is not going to be Dro from this F hospital I of Elizabeth's blood the sample indicated she had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.23 nearly triple the legal limit she was charged with ow W4 resisting or obstructing an officer and two counts of felony bail jumping she was found guilty of ow and resisting or obstructing an officer and was sentenced to two years of probation for each offense a cigarette
