on February 18th 2023 in Sun Prairie Wisconsin an officer observed a vehicle driving erratically including striking a curb multiple times as a result a traffic stop was [Music] initiated [Music] how you doing I'm officer D police how you doing good what's going on tonight nothing much nothing much yep okay well your driving behavior is a little concerning you're striking the curb you're Crossing left to Center your blinker on your blinker off where where you where you heading to just to my home where's your home at like 2 miles okay do you have a driver's license on your proof Insurance where offense orbi if I didn't already tell you that Jose was taken to the hospital where an evidentiary blood draw took place at the hospital Jose continued to be uncooperative and made derogatory statements to hospital staff and officers he also stated that he quote wanted to go three rounds with the arresting officer Jose was issued citations for ow second offense operating a motor vehic without insurance keeping open intoxicants in motor vehicle and operating left of center he was charged with OWI operating with prohibited alcohol concentration resisting or obstructing an officer bail jumping operating while revoked keeping open intoxicants in vehicle operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating left of center he was found guilty of ow and sentenced to 8 months in local jail
