on November 8th 2023 in Plover Wisconsin officers received an anonymous tip stating a man with two active warrants for his arrest was driving a dark colored Chevrolet Impala with a provided license plate using a License Plate Reader Program officers were notified that a camera had caught the provided license plate driving near a local Walmart on Duty Officers located the vehicle with the provided registration and initiated an arrest step out not complaining start more units got send 33 no step out step out step out of the car step out of the car go pull your squad up get him behind air sniff of the vehicle the K9 indicated a positive identification on the vehicle for Controlled Substances the vehicle was searched and two empty Suboxone packages were located no other items worthy of evidence were located who are you my my this is your car yeah okay well it's you're not getting it right now why not um because Spencer's been arrested and we had to break the window what you busted my window out 321 come well I just bought BR the registered owner just walked out can you run her I'm only on play okay I'm just going to make sure I see my fuel tomorrow okay morning I'll have to call my supervisor and see if she's going to be okay with releasing the vehicle why would be able to release it um I just got to make sure I don't know all the parts of the case so far so we're just hanging tight right now and he a car here or no he's at the hospital yep why is he at the hospital what happened um I'm not going understand the case went with you you're dumb ass you should have just ran up my car or something [ __ ] well it didn't really have a chance why' he get picked up he can explain that isn't he under arrest how would he explain it in jail he can call you from jail you don't have my number we don't talk like that okay then you don't don't need to know then I am the owner and you did bust out my window so I deserve to know like the gist he didn't comply with orders the window was broken that's all you need to know why were orders directed in the first place like why were you guys at my car that we recognize who Spencer is we were able to act on what we had and that's all I'm going to be able to tell you for right now isn't he on paper yep well can I Le get my blanket cuz it helps calm my anxiety sure yeah there's nothing in there so go ahead hey she would like to take the vehicle we didn't find anything other than two subox that were used good with me canceling Adams and getting her the car all righty sounds good I will have him call off Adams in all right thanks we'll be releasing the vehicle to the Reg owner here's it nothing's going to like reflect on me or anything I mean my PE right now I would let your I would let your PO know and I'm not responsible for anything you yeah you just kind of we didn't know you were here did you just did he just come to pick you up or no um I picked him up and I'm like I have to go grocery shopping and he was all like what H cuz he was driving the car like he was driving when we P up where it was parked that's right yeah did you give him consent to drive the vehicle not really I said he could send the driver's seat if you needed to do anything he could or whatever I said just don't take off on me did you want to press charges for him driving your vehicle no okay he probably got no [ __ ] on his plate yeah well because of his actions I'm I'm so oblivious I didn't realize it's not even what it was well because of his actions and him driving the vehicle I trying to get Wi-Fi I figured he might pull closer to get Wi-Fi cuz he's trying to get Wi-Fi cuz he as long as he didn't leave the parking lot I'm yeah he did what yes where'd he go I don't know we had him coming Southbound on Crossroads from HH um everything's fine with it you guys didn't have to maneuver him or anything you just had to bust out a window oh no there's a dog in the car I mean did you have to like pivot the car oh no like he didn't try fly fleeing car okay we had him in a spot where he didn't really have much many places to go so so just for one there's a dog in the car and he was uh the window's broken I hope do you want a case number for this uh yeah please awesome I'll get that for [Applause] you all righty there's going to be two case numbers for this because the Sheriff's Office was involved and P was involved okay I just bought him like caramel candies he's craving and wasted six bucks right there yeah yeah well you're free to go load up your vehicle do whatever you need to so yep have a good rest of your night Spencer was medically cleared before being taken to the county jail without further incident he was charged with resisting or obstructing an officer but the charge was dismissed on the prosecutor's [Music] motion
