on November 4th 2022 in Lacrosse Wisconsin officers responded to reports of a vehicle that was quote hung up on a median upon arrival there were no occupants in the vehicle subsequently a tow truck was called to move the vehicle off the median and shortly after the driver of the vehicle returned to the location of the incident where's the driver girl in the white is the friend who came to pick her up comment was made that they were Dell's drinks had were had between the two wand is the driver of this car she said she was driving the opposite way she doesn't know if the car's collided um or what but it sounds like she's also involved in the accident why they leave I don't know why she left so okay but what so what happened I haven't talked so with the construction I'm not kidding I didn't realize that this was all in one lane and I yeah it was me getting confused by the construction I'm not kidding it was me being an idiot where are you coming from I'm coming from downtown okay custody know she doesn't get that the driver identified as Jaden was taken to the hospital for an evidentiary blood draw while there she repeatedly stated she would not co-operate unless she was able to speak to her mother eventually she was allowed to talk to her mother on the phone but she still was not Cooperative even after being told by her mother to cooperate Jaden was charged with OWI second operating with prohibited alcohol concentration second resisting or obstructing an officer failure to keep vehicle under control control failure to notify police of accident refusing to take test for intoxication after arrest and HIIT and run property adjacent to Highway she was found guilty of ow and sentenced to 20 days in local jail she also had her license revoked for 14 months all other charges were [Music] dismissed
