on June 18th 2024 in Oshkosh Wisconsin an officer was in the process of responding to a call when he witnessed an unrelated woman screaming profanities at a man before throwing a mostly full soda can at him hey hi there I'm officer SCH sash police what's going on are you guys coming from the corner on the or house on the corner or what okay what's going on coming from Solutions don't word he says he psych okay did you get called of us where well where are you coming from a Solutions no I didn't get called 480 it sounds like this is just a unrelated disturbance do you need to talk to me about anything or are you okay I'm worried about her she's not ready to be clean and she's going to okay are you guys are going to Solutions though I was I have an appointment and she said she's not ready had going on and then these two are yelling at each other she's throwing soda at him screaming at them so I let him go down the street cuz he separates from her for a while so he keeps following her she keeps screaming I look back she's punching him slapping him pushing him so I try to stop her and so when you got here so not going to be this can't walk away from us when we try me you up and get car and we can talk about what's going no I'm not going to jail that well you need to get up off the ground and you can sit in the air conditioned car and we can talk about what happen no let's take the Cs off and I'm leaving we can't do that right now yes you can leave me alone these cops are AR way too tight at a bad angle I'm that's why we're trying to sit you up until you stop yelling and spitting at us and screaming at us we can't help you the take CS off and all stop we can't take the cup because of you're I am leaving I don't care if I have Cs on I'm leaving you tackle me again I'm she went to the bathroom messaged an active user I asked her what she's doing she said she was going to stay there with me to show her support for me cuz I want to be clean she's just got a lot of mental problems that she beats herself up over and I worry about her she should go to a impatient like well she's probably going to jail today for resisting and she spit on that officer and probably domestic because she was hitting you and you guys live together so she's going to get Chargers yeah probably I mean the way that she's acting is completely unacceptable I understand she's going through a lot but that's her throwing sodas at you yelling and screaming the whole way down the street turning around and hitting you and you're trying to calm her down like we can't be having that and then she resists and then she spits on an officer so she was trying to spit on me well not the first time oh she spit on you too but she spit on him first when she was hitting you over there was that causing you pain I'm used to it oh it doesn't answer my question yes or no no okay I really don't want her to go to jail I understand but there's only so many things that we can turn a blind eye to right please don't let go to jail oh it's hot here yeah it is better than outside though [Applause] they won't let you take your guns in the jail anymore they never have never ever that's always been their policy guess I remember that we'll get you in here and they'll get those cuffs off as quick as they can okay just have a seat on the bench to your right Jennifer was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct one count with a domestic abuse modifier resisting or obstructing an officer and misdemeanor bail jumping she was found guilty on both counts of disorderly conduct and sentenced to 41 days in local jail as well as 12 months of probation [Music]
