lot works here okay sir [Music] i don't even know what to say right now sir okay i i is there possibly any way i could have my mother come and take my vehicle and take me home okay can we give her this so don't you think that would have been a good idea before you drove yes sir looking back now right okay but can can i just be real with you sir can i sit on the vehicle sir sure well here actually actually what would you do is i'm gonna i'm gonna put you in it okay just spread your feet real quick hurt your feet there you go okay come back here have a seat okay and you want to talk to me you said what do you want to say okay sir is there like again i'm not i'm not saying um what my choices were possibly were not the best but can i talk to you as a man sir sure 2152 go and show that mellow tempe team for 10 47 and 5 was red verbally refused mouth is free and clear okay what's that i i understand that um i'm trying to think of the the best words to state it because i've honestly i'm not this individual i understand i made a poor choice or choice like i said yes you stated it and you are correct that maybe i should have called my mother but is there possibly it's okay to be and i i know this is not your problem this is my problem but again i'm going through a divorce my buddy took me out to the casino maybe i made the wrong choice um i just got hired at amazon literally today and i i get it this is not your problem this is not your you're doing your job sir but is there any way that i could get my mother to come and pick me is there anything that i can do sir like because you don't understand i i understand i oh my god like we could talk more later okay it's not about talking well only because i gotta get us off the road okay watch your foot [Music] okay so ride's over yeah okay you need to call it ride yep okay um [Music] this one's his yes okay actually well he's going to take this phone he's going to keep his phone is he yeah uh no we're gonna handle that we're gonna just tow it unfortunately yeah unfortunately we have to tow it here see me on the left on the left hand side okay so i'm going to tell you this gun was in the holster underneath the seat and then the holster still underneath the seat this was in the glove box yes sir why would it have got moved no no it will why isn't this in the holster the holster is just under the seat because sometimes i'll you know take it inside the house and i'll leave the holster in the vehicle for in the case for whatever reason i i need the other magazine okay in a self-defense okay gotcha man [ __ ] dude [ __ ] dude uh [Music] sir okay so you go ahead and sit back here with us [Music] um well you guys in my car cause there's no room i'll ask the officer yeah anything else in the truck no just that weapon but it's his what i'm gonna i'm gonna leave it in there um but yeah hold on we'll talk and then uh he has a ride coming here's a ride coming okay but you know i could actually end the have two kids recording going through a divorce and my birthday was on the first my buddy took me out to have to go play at the casino and and that of course that has nothing to do with you or your decisions and it's all my decisions and i'm just not this type of person sir so i i you know of course you know with all things they say all it takes is the one time and you know i guess i'm living proof of that but again i know it's nothing you can do and yes you already made your statement and everything but there's nothing i could do to go home tonight no unfortunately there's not uh [Music] and i know that you didn't want to blow but i'm still gonna run the machine i have to run the machine no matter what [Music] not that i didn't want to boaster i just i don't know there's just really nothing i can say for myself you know like i've had such a disappointment okay so here's a minute it's going to say please blow down stops let me know if you do want to give me a bench breath simple i'm not trying to persuade you either way i just got to give you the opportunity to channel [Music] [Music] should i be getting out early morning tomorrow sir yeah the only reason i ask is because uh i had a date planned to take my kids to the explorer and zoo okay yeah yep you'll be typically they just really show on your own basically promised to show up to court type thing do you have an estimated time um the earlier the earlier we get down there earlier you have a chance of getting out [Music] oh so i'm so i'm not gonna be here not here no and you said i can make some calls yeah i'll give you a phone here in a minute [Music] okay so right now the machine is saying please please go until tone stops let me know if you want to blow does it like of course i i get it you're you know you only have one opinion but what difference would it really make so i can only tell you and i can't offer any any i can operate any legal advice if you don't blow um you you're automatically charged with aggravated dwi if you do blow and you're and you're under 0.16 then it's called a simple dwi for your license for your license purposes uh through 3mvd if you don't blow um you you can leave license for up to a year or you will lose license for a year if you do blow no matter what the score is worst case scenario you lose it for six months so that so like okay i get what you're saying but necessarily um so like you said if i blow under a certain percent if i blew over that certain percent if you blew over 0.16 it's still aggravated if you blew under 0.16 it's called a simple dwa okay i don't even know what that even boils down to okay so basically a 0.08 is the you are considered legally intoxicated at a point zero eight point one six is double is is double the limit so it's aggravated it is what's no no like what i don't understand is like um of course everybody everybody's body is different but like how would that like yeah that's yeah yeah i can't say i don't know what you ate i know what you drink today as far as like other stuff like water i don't know so i can like i can't say what you're going to be at no yeah i'm just like in like okay and i and i get it sir you know you can only say so much or do so much um so do i need a posing any type of um what do they call that a bond yeah no so um from what my understanding is i thought there would be no release until monday because of there's no judge in no metro's metro metro is a little different um okay come with me let's come in here and i'll give you your phone here [Music] okay i'll try to make it quick so we get the faster we get get you down there faster you get out have a seat and there's your phone okay [Music] you
