I'm going to show you some violations here in just a minute you aren't required to provide your license registration insurance now [Applause] on May 10th 2023 an officer in New Mexico attempted to initiate a traffic stop of a driver seen drifting across marked Lanes the driver ignored the officer's attempts to pull him over until he eventually pulled into a parking lot I'm not a sir roll down your window uh what did I do well I stopped you for failing to maintain your lane of travel and then you pull in here I light you up I was in the lane I want to see your video I was in a lane no you can roll down your window no no sir I'm not gonna argue with you that was my reason for the Stop and then I lit you up way before the traffic light and then you stop at the traffic light and then we pull around all the way into the thinking down the hill and you said I I didn't maintain a lane I want to see the video but you know I'm not gonna argue with you driver's license insurance registration no I'm not going to serve you anything you have no right for me because like there's no no nothing I didn't do anything I already advised you of the reason for the stop uh no there's no no reason for my stop I already advise you for the reason of the stock um yeah I absolutely am let me get my video no you can keep your hands out of your pockets I'm recording as well I'm gonna record this okay this is like yeah you're gonna test your car tell me like what what did I do wrong I already told you I was following you on 528 just before Ridgecrest you failed to maintain your amount of trouble bam I was following the car in front of me and I didn't the car in front of you was in the number two lane you were the only one when I saw you pull me over and you're gonna open my car right now yes uh no ma'am yep it's my brush I know my rights okay 721 run that 28 please driver's license insurance registration um I didn't do anything wrong I already advise of course I'm not going to argue with you man you know my rights I don't you obviously don't know you're right sir and your operator motor vehicle in the state of New Mexico you are required to provide your license and registration from the vehicle no I know my rights you don't know you're right I did not do anything wrong you don't know wrong I already advise you of the reason for the stock you are now required to maintain Lanes she had a lawful reason to initiate a traffic stop because you had a moving violation now you have the to open your door now you're required to provide your license your registration your insurance under New Mexico law what part of that don't you understand now you can either open it you can either open the door now and get out of the vehicle or we could break the window and forcibly remove you and you couldn't spend the night in jail because I didn't do that do you understand do you understand yes really really okay so nope roll down your window open the door no no I want to open the door pull me over yep said that I didn't make it a lane do you also absolutely yes open the door I've already explained it to you you have one more chance and now you're gonna break suspect had an active warrant for failure to appear on a previous DWI charge [Applause] okay look look at me look at me and look at you man stop being a child doing your [ __ ] you kicked me one more time what did you guys do to me in my car felony no yeah yeah and you guys just pulled me ass out for nothing nothing dude yourself yeah chill chill just take my ass out of my car dude it did we gave you multiple chances to comply and you did it use that in court okay why are you guys doing this you're doing this to yourself everything you've done has been you everything that's happened is because of your actions no yes 400 can you please just give me your name again I was falling in the car I was maintaining my Lane just give me your name I'm not going to say during that four with you you can have court when it's time for court okay you can see when you have a judge you have a lawyer and all that all that stuff goes into that but not maintaining a lane so they pull me out of the car for a better reason you pulled me out of the car for that reason are you serious I'm gonna stop right there we told you what you did wrong so you pulled me out of the car yeah yes you should have just id'd yourself 100 this credit card yes you do when an officer and maintain my yeah that's her opinion let's watch her videos watch her videos watch her video and watch her all right so you're gonna get in charge of the concealer cool thank you the suspect was charged with aggravated DWI concealing identity resisting arrest driving with a rook license and warrant for arrest while identifying the suspect officers discovered the suspect had an active warrant for failing to appear in court from a previous aggravated DWI charge the suspect was also charged with driving with a revoked license connected to his priority WI seconds [Music]
