driver of the car to return from shopping and soon after observed a young woman getting into the vehicle I would pull back further space back can get off like go back back there is no car behind you right yep so keep backing up the reason why I'm saying this is because I don't want her to see that we're hanging out here let him know that we have identified the vehicle we can roll up there and just keep an eye on it and this chick's name is going to be it's going to seecom Crystal Lake 203 we have the vehicle at Target and by by baby we're going to go check to see if it's occupied un occupied okay so what we're going to do is we're going to chill and now we're just going to kind of hang out and why are we doing that why are we yeah why do you think we can just do this because what else if she's correctly identified I don't know what was the complaint it was somebody swerving in traffic to see if what just driving erratically who normally swerves drunk people and then what did the second callers say same that they stumbled in front of their car walking into Target right correct okay so now we're standing outside of our car hopefully she doesn't notice us if she does whatever but if we're standing back here and we know her description we know the vehicle we can kind of hang back and just look to see how she walks now if she's stumbling to her car what do we do to have means to drive the vehicle for you do they and if they're standing outside of it they don't have means to drive they don't do you have two identified complainants one who saw her stumble
