They say girls are made of sugar and spice and everything nice. But not Miss Ellie, who seems to have been made of nitroglycerine and lighter fluid and everything volatile. Her BAC was redacted from both the arrest report and the video. We do not know what the BAC was. Any portion of the video labeled as 'audio redacted' had the audio removed by the police department, prior to releasing the footage to us. The information presented is based on available sources and the accuracy of the information cannot be guaranteed. All subjects in this video are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Charges are often reduced or dismissed during the course of an investigation. This documentary video is intended to be educational and informative.
