On April 23rd, 2025, at 2:35 p.m. near the Greenbryer Town Center in Fairfax, Virginia, police pulled over a 1999 Toyota Corolla for an expired safety inspection. But what started as a routine stop quickly spiraled out of control. Behind the wheel was 36-year-old Jamal Wall-E, a former translator for US special forces in Afghanistan. He was brought to the US in 2014 with his wife and four children. Wally had been struggling, unable to find steady work and unable to afford a valid license, insurance, or registration. Frustrated, angry, and armed, he lashed out at officers claiming he was constantly being targeted and that he couldn't return to his home country. Then things took a dangerous turn. Watch closely as this volatile traffic stop escalates, showing just how quickly a simple encounter can become a deadly risk for law enforcement. This video starts with police footage and also shows footage from the camera Wally set up in his car before he snapped.
