On April 23, 2025 in Fairfax, Virginia, what began as a routine traffic stop quickly spiraled into one of the most intense bodycam encounters you’ll ever see. 36-year-old Jamal Wali, a former Afghan translator who served alongside U.S. Special Forces, was pulled over for an expired inspection sticker. But when officers approached, Wali was already on edge. He declared he was armed, admitted to having no license, no registration, and no insurance—and then launched into a fiery rant about being abandoned by the country he helped serve. “I should have served with the Taliban,” he yelled, moments before the situation exploded. In this video, we show full bodycam footage, the footage from the camera Jamal Wali set up inside his car which captures the psychological unraveling, and the shocking turn of events that unfolded in seconds. 🟡 Watch until the end for the complete update on the injured officers.
