On March 25th, 2025, at approximately 3:30 p.m. at a gas station in Lehi, Utah, police were called for what seemed like a simple welfare check. A woman reportedly slumped over in the driver's seat of her car. But when officers arrived, the situation took a shocking turn. Instead of finding an unconscious driver, officers came face tof face with 32-year-old Haley Victoria Sullivan, who was wide awake and preparing to shoot up heroin right there in the driver's seat. When the officer knocked on her window and ordered her to step out, Sullivan made a split-second decision that would spiral everything out of control. She began frantically using the rest of her drugs, threw her car in reverse, and smashed her way out of the gas station lot. From that moment on, every choice Haley made only made things worse. And you won't believe the chaotic way this dangerous encounter finally ended. [Music] [Music] >> Go down the window. 858. Will you send me another? >> Hey, we need to talk. Set that stuff down. Okay.
