On March 25, 2025 at approximately 3:30 p.m. in Lehi, Utah, what began as a routine welfare check quickly turned into a chaotic scene of destruction. Officers with the Lehi Police Department responded to a report of a woman slumped over in her car at a gas station. According to the police affidavit, the driver — 32-year-old Haley Victoria Sullivan — wasn’t unconscious at all. Instead, she was preparing to inject heroin in the driver’s seat. When officers attempted to intervene, Sullivan ignored commands, injected herself, and then tried to flee. The situation escalated fast. Sullivan backed into a patrol car, rammed another police vehicle, struck a bystander’s car, and crashed into a concrete planter before officers were finally able to take her into custody. On July 16, 2025, Sullivan pleaded guilty to multiple charges, including: Felony property damage Failure to stop at the command of police Misdemeanor reckless endangerment Driving with a controlled substance ⚠️ This bodycam footage shows how quickly a “simple” police call can spiral into chaos. 👉 Watch until the end to see how officers finally stopped her rampage!
