count out loud all right so I'll do a quick example so you're going to go one two three and then all the way to nine all right but for right now I'm just going to do three just to show you on the ninth step you're GNA do a series of small steps to turn around like this and then you're going to return nine steps back on a straight line Heel To Toe right it's going to go one two three and so on all the way to nine all right I just want you to remember when you're doing this you're going to do Heel To Toe steps walk in a straight line arms down at the side and count out loud okay all right do
