Summary: On August 16th, 2023, Officers of the Neptune City Police Department responded to the report of a motor vehicle accident in which a vehicle left the roadway, hit a sign and continued driving over the sidewalk and lawn of an apartment complex. Officers made contact with the vehicle and driver, Michelle, who advised that she may have hit a curb while on her way home from The All-American Rejects Concert. She stated that she had consumed a few beers at the concert and was headed back to her residence in Howell, NJ. Michelle later conducted field sobriety testing in which she failed all administered tests. She was arrested and processed at a local Police Department where she submitted samples of her breath which yielded a breath alcohol content of .13%. She was issued the following citations and released with a court date: - Driving under the influence - Reckless Driving - Careless Driving - Failure to maintain lane As of December 2023, this has not yet been resolved in court. This is Michelle's second DUI arrest with her last being in Wall Township, NJ, in November of 2016.
