just call me over. I know. >> Um, she's upset because she doesn't know what's going on. Apparently, uh, we got a report that there was a baby left unattended for an hour. So, she says it wasn't an hour, but charge knew that the baby was there. Security knew that the baby was there. She She kept coming back. She was right by the entrance. She kept coming back. Oh yeah. >> Who's the person who's in charge? >> Right behind you. >> Oh, fine. >> Hi, sir. How are you? >> Does I know our body one cameras are activated? >> Huh? >> Our body one cameras are activated. >> Yeah, we have cameras. Fine. Fine. I'm ready. Um, this is a show that I made for the Jewish community. We're all Jewish people here. We all know each other. I know every single person that's here inside. We registered. Nobody comes in without registering. Um, we we had I made a personal policy because of the the items that are here. You know, things might fall like that and I don't let babies go inside. So, we have a little room on the side. She didn't know the rooms here. And she can have somebody watch the baby. So, we have like three babies inside that room. So, there's a lady sitting there and watching them. She didn't know that. Like the baby here by the door at the entrance with my personal guard standing there plus the two I mean convention guards with standing and they said they have a baby sleeping at the station. They slept there for like a half an hour. >> Electricity is not good is the back of the house. >> Get me some >> Can I have somebody electricity in the front desk? We need electricity in the front desk, please. the car. >> So she was staying inside. She was standing actually in the front second row, first booth. She was standing there talking to So I came outside. I said two officers standing next to the baby carriages. What's going on? The guy say she's already a half an hour not inside. I said she's probably inside. She came out. They say they're going to detain her because she left the baby there. >> First minute you said I came running. >> Yes. The second not even a second after I said it, she was outside. >> Right. She was right there. So I said, "Listen, it's my fault that I I wrote it on the ads that they shouldn't bring the carriage." A lot of them forget, but forget they bring the carriage. They think they can leave the carriage and just walk in with the baby. >> She's sleeping. >> I I can do that, but I I want professional. So I don't want babies. >> Okay. So I said I'll leave it on the side. Hang up right over here. >> Um, we I was the one that saw when I saw an officer pass, I let him know. I was the one that let the officer. >> Okay. Did anybody tell you that the baby's going to be left there? No, we thought it like at first we thought it was a baby carriage just left there cuz you know they didn't want baby carriages or anything and then we looked and they're like oh shoot there's a kid in there and then I went and got like an officer >> like I we what's it called? >> Just so you know we got to let you know. >> Yeah, sure. No problem. >> What um about how long was it? Maybe there >> we think about 40 minutes to an hour. >> Did you see the mom at any point? Do you know where the mom went or was? >> We saw the woman come in with the baby carriage and I think I saw her like in there at one point, but like I said, I didn't know the baby was in the cage until I looked at my picture. >> Coming back and checking on the baby. Did you notice? >> Not that I noticed. >> Not that we noticed. >> Do you mind giving my officer your information? >> Yeah, sure. What do you need? I got my sore license, my driver's license. Driver license. No problem. >> Um, let me get that for you. I'm sorry. You got your >> Here you go. >> I don't know yet. >> They didn't ask you guys to watch the baby or nothing like that. >> I mean, I did. >> Show me where the baby was. The baby was like >> usually when people were coming in, the owner of the show let us know he didn't want anyone under the age of 16 and no baby carriages. >> So when people were coming in, I would let them know, "Sorry ma'am, you can't bring the kid in here. The show has a strict policy against it." And a lot of the people like would either stay out here with the kid. Well, like if they were a couple um there was a couple the woman went in and the father stayed out here with the kid. There was a couple different things like either that or they just left or they talked with the the owner of the show, >> right? >> And this what's it called? This woman, we thought it was just the empty carriage and someone was watching the baby somewhere else. We didn't wasn't until we looked and we're like, "Oh, there's a kitten there." And then we waited and one when one of your officers passed, we're like, "Sir, there's a kitten over here." Okay. >> Is there anything else I can help you with? >> I didn't see a phone here, right? >> In my hand. I found I was going to bring it to the loss of time. >> Is that yours? >> I know. I need to check that. >> Yeah. Okay, good. >> Somebody just saw >> someone Yeah, I just felt it vibrating. >> Yeah. No, someone uh just literally handed it to us >> and said, "Is there a loss of pound?" >> No problem. Anthony, >> you have your license on here. Okay. >> The the reason for me my to get my information wasn't so for you. You were also secular here. No. Yeah. No. Just try. Pedro used to live. Um, I want to let you know, >> hang on, hang on one second. >> I don't Me and my grandfather have the same name except for our middle name. I don't know if it said it on my license. My middle name is just in case so there's no problems. I'm trying to >> I'm trying to think of anything so it won't cause you guys problems. >> Uh, was do you do your investing at all? Is there anybody coming back looking at the carriage at all or >> I might have seen someone once, but I don't know if they were looking at the baby or if it was just someone coming in and out. >> Okay. >> Cuz there's a lot of people wearing like black outfits, stuff like that. Everyone kind of has longish dark hair. >> Yeah. And you think it was there for about 40 minutes about >> 40 minutes to an hour? Around there. >> 40 minutes to All right. Thanks, guys. >> No problem. Yeah. >> In trouble right now. >> Where's your husband? >> My husband. >> No, no, no. I know this one. >> Perfectly capable. Perfect. >> We're not We're not saying that she's not. >> She keep checking every >> We're not saying that she's not. >> She keep checking every minute on every other minute on this. >> We need my husband here. >> Why? >> We need to be doing all these right. Excuse me. You come here. My husband's not here. But this is all his friends, you know. I need my husband. >> Is your husband not here? >> Husband's not here. Okay. >> Needed my husband here. I'll be here. >> Is Is he here or is he somewhere else? >> Is he physically here right now? >> So, he's noticing. >> We don't need the extra problem. >> I have more information. Oh, I am here. Where you at? >> Thank you. You taking over? M A L K Y B A R M I N K A >> 3241 Thankful. >> I just This little group of people is not interfering with her or keep in your house. They're very >> Was anybody were you guys by by the door? >> No, I was about to by the door and no one was right. >> Just we were as soon as he made the announcement, she was at the door. >> Okay. >> So he was like, "Whoever left the baby outside, she was like, I'm right here." >> So she was close the whole time. >> Yeah. >> But people, you guys are investigating us thinking something big. >> Hello. Excuse me. There probably speak to one of the coordinators of the events. We're at the security right now. You want to get buzzed in? You got to go from the left side. Hit the button. Muscle now. All right. Her husband is not here physically. >> Do you want me to get him over here? >> She says she can if she's Yeah, it sounds like he is. He's in the area. It sounds like >> as far as right now, he's not in here. All right. Byebye. >> Was your husband ever in the in >> here? Okay. All right. >> No, Dom was asking where we're where. >> No, she came in on a bus. Okay. And they're all playing that they all check on the kid. I guess >> Hey, what's up? >> They told you. >> I know the comments. I was stuck out of disable. >> What's your husband's first name? >> I don't think she's in a state that she could answer. >> I'm just going to get more nervous. >> E V A N I S H. >> What? >> Evan. >> Okay. All right. >> Okay. >> Can you can someone call her husband for him come here? He's coming down. He's coming down. How far away is he? >> Okay. What's his phone number? >> You need it? >> Yeah. If not, I'll ask him when he gets here. >> Supposedly, he's about half hour away from New York, >> yes. >> All right. He's about a half hour out. I got I got I got two. >> I'll get that in a second then. >> Okay. >> Anything else? >> Okay. All right. You're the third security guy here. You have your on your first >> name I first s I s I >> What's your name? So January 15th, 205 watch your kids at all. Just >> and when you were here, I know your job is this. Did you happen to see if anyone was looking at coming back looking at the carriage or was anyone looking in the carriage? >> No, I was in the back. >> You were you were in the back. >> I just came I saw the car >> when you came and saw the carriage right here and then where >> No. Okay. So, when you came and saw the carriage, how long >> how long were you here? And the carriage was how when you got here, how long was the carriage here? >> 30 minutes. 40 minutes. >> 30 minutes. 4 minutes. >> Okay. You didn't see anyone. You didn't see anyone looking at >> Okay, fine. >> Um, so you asked me to come. Um, whenever you get the chance, can we just get the case number so we could file it in our report that we got to make at the end of the day? >> Once I get that, >> yeah, no problem. Take your time. >> To the best of your knowledge, you guys were do over here. No one was looking at No one was coming by the carriage to check. >> Not that I noticed. I mean, I people are coming in and out. I didn't notice anyone specifically like taking care of like checking on the baby, but people I guess acknowledged it as they walked in and out. >> What do you mean? >> Like there's like they're like, "Oh, there's a carriage there." When they walk in like that. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. >> Is there anything else we can help you with? >> That's it for right now. >> You guys have no idea. >> Sounds like it might be. upstairs. All right, I'll go talk to that door's locked. So, that's why that's why I open stuck on something else. >> I'm not >> You're not helping her. Don't do this. Just wait till our ser on the phone. Not talking to anybody on the phone. I'm not I'm trying not to be rude. At the same time, you're interrupting. All right. >> Okay. I'm sorry. I'll put you on speaker. >> We're not going to listen. We're going to ask you to step away. All right. Please. We've been giving her everybody here. Okay. So the gist of the story is she comes here. They don't allow kids under 16 or adults or carriages in there. She parked it over there. And her story is, I think, from what I'm understanding, I really haven't told her yet, is that she checks she and whoever else is checking on the baby over in a couple of minutes or whatever it was. Uh the security guards security guards over there were not notified that the baby's going to be there, nor were they asked to watch the baby. And that's where we're at right now. >> You got my text? >> No, I did not. This guy here in New York. The guy he said she never said there was another person that she was with that came over and asked she would bring your kids to drive. We didn't know about the thing. never she never came and she never he never even knew about her. Most >> likely it is at this place so that he he pays us. >> Oh yeah, he pays us. >> You didn't tell me that. >> Your husband's coming. >> Someone else said her husband was coming. I'm changing my policy as of now. I'm letting you besides after the fact. >> Okay. >> Here's here's my concern here. Here's where I'm going with this. Okay, you don't have to talk. I'm just telling you my side. Okay. I know you went here. I know you dropped the carriage off. I know your friend came over here and talked to uh Showy and asked about kids. They told you you're going to put your kids on this side. Correct. You left your kid here on Listen. Somebody >> you you left your kid here for 10 minutes without checking on them and without telling anybody that you're leaving the kid there. You didn't ask the security guards. We had that on video and each security guard said the same thing. You left, you came back 10 minutes later for 30 seconds and then you left again for at least another 10 minutes, maybe more. That's my issue and that's my problem. >> To me, that's endangering the welfare of a child. So, >> just give me a few minutes. We'll see what we're going to do. Okay. >> Your husband's coming >> about half hour. >> Um, you can hang out tonight. argue with that. You don't need translation. >> Sounds like she's coming with us. guys to get here. So, I guess phone. Yeah. >> Trying to get bring some. >> Oh, yeah. I Yeah, I I got that chest. Mom is over there. >> So, where we at? >> She does one check on the baby >> in the 30 in 34 minutes. It's uh at 11:26 time stamp. So, they're going to send us the footage. We have PC. talk to him. See if he needs any of us or if they handle the whole thing. >> Yeah, >> I have six. >> We need We need every sir. She left the kid right outside the door inside the door at least for 10 minutes one time back for 30 seconds and then at least another 10 minutes after >> no more checks until 11:48. >> Yeah. >> I just didn't know who uh who's supposed to take. >> Yeah. 21. >> You want this or you want me to take it? I mean, >> do you have lunch already? >> No, I'll sort of see. I mean, we'll figure out what >> we'll figure out what I'm waiting for anyway. Okay. >> We got at least another 15 minutes here. >> Okay. >> Um, whatever wants to go. We want to make this as easy as possible. establish you have to take it inside the stage. You can't give it away. >> No, I don't have the means to do that right now. We don't have nothing in our car. We have a computer, but we have no print outs or nothing. So, >> just not like you. >> She She's going to be charged with endangered welfare child. >> She has printed. >> She has to be fingerprinted and she'll be charged. >> Unfortunately, I already explained to Shy my stance on it and I'll tell you the same thing I told him. My concern is the kid. Okay. She She left the kid here unattended over there unattended for 10 minutes. She didn't tell security that was there. She didn't tell Shy. She told nobody that the kid is there. Security thought that the kid that the kid was out of the carriage that the carriage is empty until they looked into it and seen that there was a baby in there and then notified the police. That's how this all came about. So there was 10 minutes that she was the kid was unattended. Then she came back for about 30 seconds. Then there was another 15 minutes that the kid was unattended. I get the whole culture and everybody watches out for everybody. I get everybody, but all you need is that one bad person to come in and god forbid something happens to that kid. I couldn't live with it. I'm sure you couldn't. Everybody else here couldn't. That's the only reason why it is the way it is. If there was one person that said to me, you know what, she told me to watch this kid. She wouldn't be we wouldn't be here. I would have left 25 minutes ago. I would I'd be like, "All right, cool." He had the responsibility. This is done story. But nobody had the responsibility for the kid. And the kid was unattended. This is not a 15 just came like 5 minutes ago. >> No, no, I get it. I don't know the story. Every story has a story that's two 100% I get it. Yep. I I get it. And look, I'm not here to bust anybody's ch I really don't not about that. But I'll tell you, I'll be honest with you. That's all I have is my honesty. And that's that's my thought and that's where we're going. The husband should be here any minute. Yeah. >> Um I have so you know I have a female officer coming but she's going to be the one that does everything. So tonight guys >> okay no problem. >> I told her I'm not a head. >> And listen like I said it'll be 45 minutes to an hour and we should be out of here. >> All right. [ __ ] gets here. Can I get a drone? Oh yeah. You get the whole gist of it and what happened and how it happened. >> Just for the char 10 minutes. I don't have the time but she >> came to check on 30 seconds and then another 15 minutes after that little spanky give us >> security around we have to put it there security around but nobody knew that there's a kid in the car she never told anybody she didn't tell the the person running the show she didn't tell any guard so the kid was left with no respon nobody had the responsibility for the kid >> I don't have information at all >> we can get that guy I think Where we taking? >> We'll take it to the front. Um, I'll have >> I would say that cuff outside. >> Yeah, exactly. >> Okay. So, go inside. Go outside. >> Yeah. This this your husband. Where's your husband? >> Let's go downstairs. You want We're going downstairs, right? >> Okay. >> No, no. Fine. Thank you so much. >> You have your ID on your brain. >> What? You have your ID? No. >> ID? Okay. >> No. That's fine. I'll sit here downstairs and here You guys are the Give me your address. >> I can take you further. >> Where's the address on the police station? >> Can you come back? I want to take you. >> Hang on. >> What? >> This is the police station. >> Madison plank road. Plank. >> Plank Road. >> Yes, sir. I don't know. Yeah. >> How old is she? >> She's so little. I want to go 123 coming to headquarters. Yeah, >> drive on a res window from the left. >> I'm pretty sure it is too >> when you're when you're the when you're the director. I believe it. Remember that. >> Patter uh >> Yeah. Yeah. I'm going to add the lowest third. But >> Patterson Clank Grove. >> Thank you very much. >> Yes. >> Yes. I'm going >> I'm coming from You don't find it here. >> Can you send me the car? I'll take him. Please send me the car here. 355 >> the center seat focus. >> The exposition center focus. >> What? >> I sent to his car. >> What's your first name? >> My first name. >> M O S H E. >> What's your last name? >> Bar. >> Bar. Okay. That would be the same as uh B A R M I N K A. >> Yes. What's your date of birth? 6702. 67. What is your phone number? Put the baby. >> You have a card. Okay. >> The only thing we can't take the same car. >> We have to be a separate car. You'll take the baby. You'll go in and leave it in the in the other car. The baby will go. You have anything in your pockets? My phone. to it or this my phone. Oh, you have to hold my phone. >> We're going to hold it until you're out of custom. >> If you're ringing, if something happens, >> right, >> they'll be able to let you answer it. >> This is what my number. >> I know, but it will be with >> What is your phone number? >> My phone number. This is my number >> and I have this phone. >> But we will this is my number. My usual number. Okay. >> This is for now. If you need now another number. >> Yeah. >> For now. Okay. >> We'll start when it comes time. Well, let me know or let my officers know, hey, it's time I have to feed my baby. We'll work with you. Okay? Cuz he'll be right in another room. Okay? >> I I have the baby. Yes. >> Right here. So, you will rent the car. Okay. Not yet. I'll tell you what. Take the car. Make sure no one in your pockets. Do you have any pockets in the sweater? Okay. Okay. It's okay. Listen, it's just for the ride and then you have to come off as soon as you get to headquarters. You guys have some some paper. >> I know. I know. Listen, you made a mistake. >> And that's all this is. Okay. You'll get through it. >> Do you have a here? Can I >> Are these too tight? >> No. >> All right. So, I'm just going to click relax. It's literally 2 minutes. It's close. >> It's very close.
