forward just so you're off the car there you go St right there all right so you're imagine there's a straight line in front of you you're going to place your left foot on the line with your right heel you're going to touch your left toes your arms remain down at your side so can you get in that position right now nope don't start yet oh okay you want yep I'm going to explain it so left foot on the line like a balancing yes yes so get in that position now and then do not start until I tell you to begin the left the left foot first left foot first right heel left toe okay okay stay right there when I tell you to begin you're going to take nine heel toe steps in a straight line when you get to your ninth step you're going to take a series of small steps turn yourself around and then take nine heel the toe steps back okay I'm only going to do three steps for demonstration purposes you're going to take nine okay so it's going to look like this one 2 3 up to N9 make a two n step so a small steps turn yourself around 2 3 up to 9 okay couple things for remember during this test make sure that you're looking at your feet you're counting out loud your steps out loud your arms remain down at your sides and once you start the test do not stop until you believe you completed it okay do you understand yep okay you may begin whenever you're ready one two 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 you said nine right whatever you believe 1 2 3 4 okay perfect all right the last T I'm going to have you do you're going to stay on that same starting position with your feet together arms down at your side when I tell you to begin um you can pick left or right it doesn't matter uh you're going to raise your foot 6 in off the ground and hold it parallel while you're doing this you're going to count 1,1 1,2 13 and so on until I tell you to stop do you understand so far y okay when I tell you to again make sure that you're looking down at your foot you're counting out loud and your arms remain down at your
