doing good what's going on tonight today I just heard a big crash as I was in my living room came out and saw all this right here so I don't know who ran into who okay or if it was another street race so tell me what happened they're getting so I have obviously been doing my hair I was in a rush bring my friend there had to done because they were getting pissed off at me because I was taking so before you drove you did I had to because my anxiety is really really bad I I just had an accident so you took this after you drove or before you drove no this was before before what does that do it causes me to slightly have um it calms my anxiety my did it make you drowsy I would say it does but not I I I've taken it before okay so what happened when you were coming here you were going i' always come down the street which way were you going that way this way okay so you were driving just straight to coold and then what happened and from what I know I just came up I just hitting and then it this car already h on this side so you were driving and you did you fall asleep or what happened no I just I guess that kicked in and it me like little I blinked and went like that and then when I B that I a scratch on that side do you need medical attention um you want an ambulance come check you out should be fine are you sure yeah I've already had question said one in 9 months okay and then let me ask you this did you have any alcohol part of driving no okay no other drugs besides these two no those are the only thing that I take how many of these CL up this one how much did you take before driving uh I took um 1 and a half one and a half so that was three 3 Mig supposed to take four a day as needed and I was and where were you going again just right here down the street in Cole to Cole yeah and you're coming from where from my house okay so you're driving and you think they they kicked in by the time that I got yeah cuz I actually had to get out and I got in and out and she had a concussion about 2 weeks ago she been more than another two weeks yeah it is when she had a con you took that you took that pill and a half approximately how long before driving to go back on my time just guess a minut you don't have to like give me an accur I can't really honestly I can't guesstimate because I had that head inury already like I am so like and do you think it was smart to take that man before driving I'm used to I thought I was you haven't drink any alcohol no what you mind doing some feel body T to make sure um I would put mind but honestly I don't want to is there penalties for your refusal do you understand that right however was that a yes or no man okay however refusing consent has other consequences in accordance with the New Mexico fly consent act and state law those consequences may include losing your New Mexico driver license or non-resident operating privilege for one year Additionally the fact that you refuse consent may be used as evidence against you the court of law do you understand these consequences yes sir additionally if you consent to have your blood drawn and tested you have the right to choose an additional independent test if you choose to take this additional independent test you have the right to a reasonable opportunity to arrange for a physician the licensed nurse or Laboratory technician or Technologies who is imported by a hospital or physician of your own choice to perform an additional chemical test the cost of this additional test will be paid by the law enforcement agency knowing your right to refuse blocking out and you're hitting Vehicles right and that's probably due to the I ran into a little frame and I knocked myself out going have the two week okay like I said I understand you refused to be
