do it but that's the uh the gist of it all right so it's going to look like this so all right just like this you're going to do one 2 3 when you get to the I'm only going to do three to demonstrate it but you have to do nine when you get to the ninth step you're going leave whatever foot is in the front there and then you're going to do a series of small steps like this okay all right and then you're going to do one two three all the way to nine all right so nine there nine back yeah counting out loud uh looking down your feet just make sure you keep your hands at your sides and uh yeah
