everything getting paid for okay all right so I'm going to advise you guys uh you're being detained while investigate a theft because we're in this locked room I'm going to advise you your Miranda need to contact them yourself and it explains it right here here's contact information for the court and say I was arrested and expecting a summons they didn't get it because if you miss a court date they're just going to issue a warrant for your arrest okay it is through um with my school or Whitman Whitman County District Court so yeah the school I they it's a totally separate entity this is the normal court process okay so thecw being charged with 98565 that's third degree and got all your information right there here's my name and badge number if you need it and here's the police report
