I'm also going to issue you a trespass that's good for one year if you come back to to the store and you seal again you'll be charged with uh burglary okay so don't come back here if you even step on the property or walk in the store you'll be arrested for trespass okay so um I'll give you a copy of that trespass form they're just going to come and talk to you and explain theirs okay all right and ask the police to remion of the premises we'll push for a criminal trespass get caught stealing while you're on this trespass and we're going to push for a burglar okay any questions on the trespass so every single Home Depot doesn't matter where you go Canada Puerto Rico New Mexico doesn't matter every single one for 3 years from today's date I know you got caught in 2018 out in aberin so that that yeah the only time they don't sign it is when in handcuffs or they refuse to they refus to sign it in the but we have a witness and then if we go to trial then yeah they're the ones who have to we can download that and put that part of the new case and be like they acknowledged it so that way if they're like well I was never trespassed you know and be like got I didn't know it was going to
