what you're going to do pick up any foot 6 in off the ground with the bottom of your foot parallel with the ground okay and while your foot stop you're going to count out loud 1 1,000 2 1,000 3 1,000 so on until I tell you to stop all right while you're doing so keep your feet on your ey or keep your eyes on your feet keep your arms down to your side and count out loud okay my partner over here is
