Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to Cuffed by Cops: Unfiltered Body Cam Madness. Tonight, we're taking you to New Smyrna Beach, Florida, right outside the iconic Flaggler Tavern, where officers respond to a fight between two women [music] at 1:40 in the morning. What starts as a simple physical altercation quickly escalates when police try to intervene. According to the arrest affidavit, 37-year-old Victoria Rivera of Palm Coast is seen shoving her friend into a wall multiple times. But when officers step in to break it up, Rivera allegedly turns toward the uniformed officer and pushes him in the chest with both hands, earning herself a felony charge, battery on a law enforcement officer, Florida statute 784.72B. The report notes [music] Rivera smelled of alcohol. Her friend refused to press charges, but the shove on the cop, yeah, that changes [music] everything. And remember, Rivera's next court appearance is a pre-trial hearing on January 6th, 2026 at the Valuchia County Justice Center. Let's roll the body cam. >> Put your head to me. >> Nope.
