Heather Bud, back at it again. My baby mama, mother of my two kids, and apparently Walmart's most loyal shoplifter. Port Orange, Florida. April 17th, 2022. Heather walks into Walmart, says she's just grabbing groceries for Easter dinner because of course she's got a disabled child and couldn't afford everything. Cue the crocodile tears. I've never done anything like this before. Except she has. Because right after they cuffed her, cops discovered she had an active warrant in Valuchia County for failure to redeliver leased equipment. She walked into Renta Center, rented a TV and a laptop, never made a single payment, and ghosted them. So now she's facing a felony charge, a $2,500 bond, and a ride straight to the Valuchia County branch jail. When you don't return it, yeah, that's called theft. Welcome to Cuffed by Cops unfiltered body cam madness. Let's roll the footage and watch the excuses crumble. Somebody 126. Mhm. I don't have any pockets or anything. >> This is no pocket. Is there anyone that can pick up all your stuff? Cuz I can't take all of this to the to the jail with you. >> Can they pick it up? Is there anyone that can like like you can give it to? Cuz otherwise I have to keep it at the PD. Anything that can't fit into like a like a small plastic bag. >> I can't take pictures. >> Let me make a phone call. >> Um >> who? Where? Is he here? >> No, your hand. That's my husband. >> Oh, okay. >> Yep. >> I'm just going to have to log into the PD. >> What? >> So, you'll have to come to the whatever. What about >> we only live like 5 minutes from here? Would you just let him pick it up? [Music] >> This his wallet? >> Yeah, mine's in there, too. >> Okay, I got you. >> And he needs that for He works for Disney and Universal, so he's going to need that. >> We'll have to come to the PD and get it. >> Okay, no problem. >> Yep. And my >> when you get to the jail, so you have your phone with you, right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. When you get to the jail, they'll let you get numbers out of your phone >> and uh and and call him. So you can just let him know like just come to the police department off Clyde Morris and come get it. >> Okay. >> That's just in combat. >> I got to look and everything. >> Okay. What do you want to go out to jail with you? >> Sorry. >> What What would you like to go out to the jail with you? >> I I don't know. What do you mean? >> Like you want your wallet? Do you want your cell phone? I assume. >> Uh cell phone. >> Okay. Do you want the cash that's in here to go with you? Cuz everything else I can just log. Like I said, I can just keep it at the police department. >> Am I allowed to have like my cell phone? And >> you can keep You can take your cell phone, right? I mean, like like this stuff >> if you have a prescription bag. It's not a narcotic. It's promethazine. >> Okay. I don't know what that is, but >> it's for nausea. >> Um, everything else is done. Um, I just put my wallet, my phone, my earphones. Fine. >> Your wallet, your phone, earbuds, >> and um my And do you see keys in there? >> I do. >> Okay. >> You want those with you? >> Yeah. He'll need this. So, >> he'll need them. >> Yeah. >> Do you want me to keep it in the bag or you want them to take it? >> Well, I don't know. Should I take them? And so, whatever's in the bag, he'll get, right? >> Yeah. If he comes to the police department and get it. Yeah. But he can't get it until tomorrow anyway. So, since his wallet's in there, I'll just I'll just put it that it's his property that he can pick up. So, I'll put it like that. Just hang out there. >> Yep. And uh I put this in there. So, uh, the warrants RO. So, >> Oh, is it? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Uh, your warrant is for not returning leased property. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. And now I know what that's about. >> Yeah. So, if you rented some stuff and you didn't return it, that's what it's about. >> Well, I suck for it. Well, you you signed for it cuz that's what the thing says. So, >> I Yeah, I know. I'm sorry. >> Uh, your warrant for that is ROR, which means basically they just need a a good address for you. >> But like Officer McDonald just said, the unfortunate thing is is you made the mistake of shoplifting the items today. So, you're going to go for that, too. So, >> you'll have a bond for that. >> You'll have a bond for that. >> Yeah. So, you'll have a bond for that. Mhm. >> And then um the other thing's just RO. So you're going to need to provide them an a good address is what it says on the thing. And then that's RO. So once you pay bond for this, then you could get out. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Uh the other thing is is your driver's license is definitely suspended. So you shouldn't have been driving here anyways. >> It's still showing suspended >> twice. What is this? What's >> uh there's it's a seizure. I didn't I've already been to two neurologists. send both the paperworks back. The manager at that department said it's clear. So, or else I wouldn't have been driving. >> I don't have that. >> So, if you sent the paperwork in, but you didn't have your license reinstated. That could be why it's still suspended. >> They said it's reinstated. So, I don't know. >> But you have you have to go to the DMV, >> right? >> And pay the reinstatement fee. Did you do that? >> Yeah, I've already done that. >> But that's where we're at right now is the show suspended. Um, and I think the last one was like the end of last year suspended. So, >> I've been working on it for a year. Well, I've been working on it for a year, so I I don't know what I'm going to have to do to fix it. I'm probably gonna have to hire an attorney to fix it. >> That I couldn't tell you. So, >> no, I I don't know what to do either at this point. I've done everything I can do. So, I'm going to have to hire someone. >> Anything that's going to poke me in there? >> Is her ID still in there? >> Anything? >> Yeah, it's in the water. >> Okay. What's the Oh, there she has two. >> We'll take one. >> Your sister has your identity, right? >> Yeah, >> she does. >> Yeah. >> Huh? I have a sister who's a really severe crack addict and she uses my identity often. We look very similar. >> We look extremely similar and apparently she stole a bunch of stuff from a rental company which I'm now on the hook for which I'll just pay. I I don't know what else to do about it except just to pay it. >> The rental stuff. >> Mhm. >> Yeah. I mean >> I mean I'll pay it. I'll go to her family and be like, "Dude, do me a favor. Like a flamingo. Bring your right foot up towards me. Just like that. Perfect. Other one. >> All right. Like I said, for any reason you do have something that I was not able to find and you do go into the jail, I thought >> I don't have anything else. Except you want this down? >> Yeah. I'll put it. Mhm. All right. >> All right. Step over here for me. >> Yeah, I'll take it off. Appreciate it, Molly. >> No problem. >> I drive back to sleep. So >> that's true. >> Yeah, I I know. I picked a hot day to uh call you over here. All right. Have a good one. >> Thank you. All right. >> They're doing the statement now. >> Okay. and they uh were finishing up the uh receipt. So, I appreciate that. >> Yeah, I'll grab the rest of it. I got I'll give them a card with the case number on it. [Applause] receipt. >> Oh my goodness. >> It all wouldn't fit on one training receipt. >> It's two shopping carts. >> Was it all grocery items or do I have to get >> wine? Grocery items. all kinds of stuff. >> I'm not I'm not listing all that >> uh video and then I took pictures of the carts like with all the items. >> This is Corbin. I've actually never met Corbin before. First time I met that guy. >> Yeah, but that's how he filled it out was another guy. >> Oh, that guy. >> Jacob. >> That's that guy's name. >> Yeah. >> Which one is Corbin? >> The one that was There's two people sitting there. The one that was in there the entire time was Corbin, but Jacob is the guy that actually was doing all the paperwork and stuff cuz he's the one that went and scanned all the items and cart. >> I'm like a melt. >> So, I took pictures. I'll log them and do everything. So, >> okay. >> Great. Someone just has to come sign this to notoriize it. Hey, is this James? >> Yes. >> Hey, James. I'm over at the PD. I'm waiting for you. I'm trying to get this dog to you. >> Yes, I'm on the way. >> Okay, got you. Yeah, I can't wait around all day. I'm just, you know, wondering if I should or if I should. >> Okay. >> All right. Thank you. >> Trying to get this puppy back to you, man. >> Yep. Thank you. All right. Bye. >> All right. See you. Heat. Heat. 4533. 154 orange. One male. I'm sorry. One female. One female.
