On April 17th, 2022, Port Orange police were called to Walmart after asset protection spotted Heather Budd pushing two loaded carts — stacked with groceries and bottles of wine — past all points of sale. Total stolen? $1,147.23. When stopped, Heather claimed it was all for Easter dinner… for her disabled child. But officers weren’t buying it — especially after discovering she had an active felony warrant for theft in Volusia County. Turns out Heather previously “rented” a TV and laptop from Rent-A-Center and never paid a dime. From fake tears to phony justifications, this is the kind of suspect who makes every excuse — but never takes responsibility. Welcome to Cuffed by Cops… where bodycams expose the truth, unfiltered.
