on February 12th 2024 the akan police were dispatched to a home about a burglary in progress upon arrival officers observed a partially open front door that appeared to have been kicked in and an open window in the rear of the residence we know you are inside there we go come outside with your hands up hold on hold on easy I got slow we got more people coming hold just hold a please we're inside if you come to the front door now this is going to be much easier for you 15 hold the channel we got the front door open we're still you guard that way I'm going straight okay make a plan we're good here days after she got trouble or whatever uh people came in took out big TV took all her [ __ ] trashed her house her house is trash right now like it's okay I don't know who's in there but like do you know how the front door got kicked in um to be honest like I don't know how to explain this she's like she got like schizophrenia and she like Tak the door handles off dude that's why the side ones like lats like that okay so um she's had the handles off her like where is she at she I mean I think some County Jail unless she went to cast Okay and her parents are the primary owner of the house um I believe she's she's the primary owner yeah cuz she's about to like music cuz she hasn't paid like property tax in like 3 years okay and what's your relationship with her um I've known her for 30 years you've known her for 30 years I went for high school together when officers told you to come to the front door how come you guys bolted and went back inside the house notb cuz I was trying to call I was trying to call him you know I mean and be like hey like validate that we're it's all right for us to be here like I wasn't in there just screwing around like we went in there cuz the house is [ __ ] wrecked again okay so why at 2:00 in the morning we just literally came from a 240 240 um we just came from down there gambling okay basically I just I just don't understand when officers were giving you orders to come outside and then why'd you try to climb out the side window tried to climb out some one one of your friends you or your buddy tried to climb out the side window that it was not me so okay that's why I stayed put and I was just call I was just calling where were you at while we were I was downstairs the whole time you were downstairs the whole time I heard you guys start flooding and [ __ ] so that's why I tried to call you can look at my phone I literally was trying to call him okay just said be on speaker phone like Val like hey like you can see how how it looks kind of weird right the front door is locked we got two guys inside we got two guys inside that are refusing to come come to the door when we tell you to I I I understand that okay do you have any other thing that I may have not asked you um I don't think so the homeowner was not present at the time due to being incarcerated at County Jail no contact was able to be made to verify that the suspects had permission to be in the residence due to the totality of the circumstances both suspects were charged with burglary court but obviously we we allow to be where we're at too you know there's a call to the prosecutor get that's I was asking him who the people should call uh yeah just a prosecutor cuz that that's basically who's going to be charged right that's what I assume yeah but it takes a couple days to actually get know prosecutor gets a sign the case so I mean it takes a while man please you'll have your arraignment the judge will set your bond and from there you just get another court date and during that meantime I mean yeah have the the the homeowner contact UM prosecutor's office you know about what happened and and from there I mean here or she could immediately drop the case but they would personally have to come down and talk to her you know to verify you know certain things address all that good stuff so it's a process man hopefully you don't you're not here that long uh doesn't seem like and get it all squared away coup days Square probably coule yeah like I said unfortunately for us we just couldn't confirm I it was after midnight when it all started so we tried to H to call them we're quar mile from where they live I don't think they went over there on the door but sry it's going to say in the future just give the local police departments a call we're being at that point we're like we're such close with the family that we we drove by andu around [ __ ] she got Rob last time she was [Music] we yeah just I always tell people
