reinstated if you have a prior conviction of OVI do you have a prior conviction of OVI okay or operating a vehicle under the influence of a listed controlled substance or listed metabolite of a controlled substance under the state or Municipal law within the proceeding 20 years you are now under arrest for State OVI and if you refuse to take a chemical test you will face increased penalties across the street from there that big fancy building you're going to get you're going to get the address for it um but it's right across there so what you'll do 8:15 on Thursday he'll show up to court okay so you'll you'll check in there's a big wall of of um uh glass windows there's people sitting behind there let them know who you are and they'll they'll tell you where you're going to be going and everything um and all it is just your initial appearance they're just going to say this is what you're being charged with um they'll get you a a lawyer if you if you'd like one they'll ask you for guilty not guilty no contest I can't tell you whether or not you're going to do that that's totally up to you in your decision okay just make sure that you show up because your appearance is going to be mandatory yes make sure you show up this all in the mail so you're going to get a copy you're going to get a copy of all this stuff okay then you also are going to have on this ticket it's going to have the option for you to get notified by the court regarding your court dat I'm sure that're they're probably going to text you if you choose to do so um so they'll they'll send you a reminder and things like that but just make sure you show up to your court date all right because if you don't show up that means you'll have a warrant put out for your arrest for this you don't want to be dealing that's at 8 so because you blew well over 08 that's what this one is so before it's called prohibited concentration just saying that because you blew over7 up think it's like0 2 that's what the additional charges okay and then this is what the actual probable cause for me being there the failure to control for what you're saying was the stop which is just a minor misdemeanor okay and this is just the conditions of the roadway saying it was it was dry there's two lanes of traffic it was nighttime uh there was no no adverse weather snow I'd say but okay well it wasn't snowing okay yeah okay yeah it wasn't and snowing um so there was I put light traffic this CU there were some cars in other where you were at but on Midway there were some cars it's a residential area there is there was a crash that was involved okay and the remarks just saying here is that you did happen to hit a curb over by dumbar Hall and then all four of your tires were were deflated okay this says that there was
