you need a fire Sting still and sound yeah all right all right um okay so you don't have your registration on board you have a picture of it you got it you got the registration already okay all right all right so next question how much you had to drink today I've been drinking water you been drinking water all day Okay the reason why I'm saying is cuz when you turned around and then when you're talking over here I smell alcohol okay so I know there's a lot of alcohol on the vessel okay so with that I'm going to have you board my vessel real quick and then we're going to do what's called uh SE sobriety task to make sure you're okay and then if you're good go back on your way okay all right going step right there all right I'm right over here sit down right there for me all right all right what's your name slide up to the front of that the edge of it all right hands down to your side down to your side side I'm not sure side you want you want me to no no just your hands down to your side there you go uh don't move until I ask you to do something okay and stay in that position do we understand all right the first thing we're going to do is called uh nagus all right hgn all right follow this right here okay with your eyes and your eyes only okay keep your head still he's moving the boat in gear while I'm watching this that makes it a little more difficult but okay stay right here it's okay I get it I get it look here you're looking here I need you to look that there you go now you're looking here follow this all the way through that was it so okay there you go now you're looking at it don't look past over here look at the at the finger at the stimulus keep your nose this way all right next thing we're going to do is going to be finger to nose Okay make a fist okay and point put your fing Point your fingers out okay just like that okay put them down to your side okay now when I tell you to you're going to take the tip of your finger okay I want you to look this is the tip of your finger right here okay are you are you paying attention right here this is the tip this is a pad that's the side of your finger that's the side of your finger this is the tip of your finger this is the side of your nose that's the side of your nose underneath your nose the bridge of your nose the tip of your nose is right here do we understand I'm kind of autic okay however you want to play this I have IAL so here we go tip of your tip of your nose is right here I literally have a mental dis okay so here we go when I say left you're going to use your left hand when I say right you'll use your right hand okay when you when I say the the the hand you use you're going to touch the tip of your finger with the tip of your nose I ask you something if I if I refuse to do any more tests what happens okay so if you refuse to do anything anything else okay what's going to happen is I got to go on the totality of everything all right from the speech from the smell from the from the uh instability and everything and such and then I have to make my determination off of that this is your way to show that you're not and this is just who you normally are I'm done you're done all right stand on up for me real quick all right go put them 1015 all right3 16 27 10 15 at this time sit on down all right where's this boat going right there so foster yes sir okay all right stay right there you want me to start working that way all right does he have uh I have his ID right he have a cell phone do a single one yep put me FR right all right so he's under arrest with Bui okay you shouldn't have been driving um and uh yeah so he's going to go to jail right now so he at 7:30 was when he was uh arrested so 8 hours from that time is when he'll be able to be released okay it's an 8 Hour hold and then it's going to be a what's called an RO released on owner cognitive he doesn't have to see a judge or anything to get a bond the bond is already said and he'll be able to be released along long as his uh criminal history he has nothing major on there or they don't want him from something okay uh so that means what 7:00 so that means at 3:00 in the morning he'll be over out 3:30 he said he trusted one of you guys to take it trailer it and take it home does any of you are are you one of you comfortable to do so okay are you coherent to do so we're going to find out right now most if if you are then we're going to go from there okay all right follow my finger keep your head still I got a better idea hold on don't worry you can't get in trouble for it you're going to blow into this and then we're going to see okay cuz if not what's going to happen is we're going to tie it off to thei the dock okay he said he does release it to you guys okay so it is going to be released I'm not going to tow it I'm not going to yeah I'm not going to compound the situation so it is going to be released to you I'm just trying to see if I'm going to have to tow you all the way there to the dock or if I'm going to have to if I can let you go and then we leave okay so give me a second for you're not going to be in trouble for anything this is because you weren't driving you weren't you're fine okay this is just so I know that you're in the legal limit to be able to drive this I'm not trying to give you a boat and then all of a sudden you're drunk and driving all right give deep breath and blow as hard as you can keep going keep going keep going okay so put it further into your mouth and then blow as hard as you can okay ready slow you got to slow it down okay no no no blow fast but you're you're like as hard as I can yeah as hard as you can but hard as you can smoothly okay deep breath there you go keep going keep you hear that close your lips around it and go there you go there you go there you go there you go there you go there you go perfect see and it click you heard the click let see we see that yeah you can no no so so 008 is legal anything above that is illegal so how many ear is that it all depends on body type if you if you eaten all that other stuff goes okay so that that that goes into it and the last time you
