on August 29th 2024 officers were dispatched to a residence after receiving a report of a domestic disturbance the caller a woman had claimed to be the victim of an altercation within the home prompting the authorities to respond swiftly to ensure the situation was under control okay so um first of all I'm talking she hit me in the face with uh where is she at um she's in there you might need some padol and a hog tie she's not going to come easy great I asked for my phone the fannings have been acquaintances of mine for nine years I live right down the road um Keith told me not to go anywhere that I'm waiting for him to come back um I ma'am can you just wait right there for me please um Bobby is did he see what happened he can go yeah he he pulled up at the wrong time dude you can go yeah yeah uh are you going to the to this no okay all right sweti I'll get a hold of you if I can get my phone tell me what happened um the officers first met with the caller who seemed agitated and anxious initially she portrayed herself as a victim and the officers began their inquiry by asking her to describe what had happened well I walked in and I'm my fluffy self and I introduced myself and so you you haven't met before nope never met um do you live here no do she live here no neither of you live here right but um the brother was home the older brother was home I'm always okay so there's Bobby the younger brother and then there's um Keith the older brother okay Keith lives in the garage all right the mom is inside on a breathing machine they just got his uh 11-year-old son to take back to the east coast um the mom uh Bobby and his 11-year-old so she's in here just twack do and I walk in and I said hi well nice to meet is Bobby here she goes no he won't be back until da d da I said okay um it was my misunderstanding I thought she said she was getting ready to go with them um Bobby is biased about this right now because he's still thinks that he can get in her pants I'm just keeping it real this is what happens it's a she's the flavor of the week or the project of the week and if she does not put out then it'll turn awkward he'll still keep her around but um okay so what happen you walk in you ask I walk in I sit down and I start looking here come with me no let's talk here I don't want you go near no no no tell her to go over there and I would like show you something I want you to talk to me right here relevant okay talk to me use your words my mother's cabin on private property has been broken into several times and and this was mentioned this was mentioned last time I was there I even mentioned it to my church people okay I'm talking about today this is relevant please give me a second please it all ties in however as she started recounting her version of events the officers quickly noted some inconsistencies the woman appeared to struggle to keep her story consistent frequently changing details and offering vague explanations that didn't align with the initial report okay Me and Bobby have known each other Me and Bobby have known each other on enough for nine years so we have one of those relationships where you know okay 1 minute we're getting along one minute we're not he'll try to get me in bed I'll tell him no he'll be he'll 2 days later we're cool again uh meth is a and with all due respect I don't care about I'm asking what happened today I'm letting you know I don't care if you think it's relevant or not I need to know what happened right now okay so I walk in then I sit down and I put my phone somewhere I wouldn't have left without it well she insists that my phone is not in there and every time I go to reach for something to lift something up that was my brother's or was my son's or was mine there's a whole bin of clothes in there I could describe some of them to you I bet they're dry rot that's how old they are it's the point we knew like my stepdad knew my my 21-year-old son knew we all knew that someone was going on that private property and stealing okay here today yeah she picked up something she said you need to now I said no I don't I'm not leaving anywhere without my phone I've known Bobby forever you need to chill out she's like it's not like that the officers remained professional and cautious allowing her to continue speaking to see if any reliable details would emerge at this point the officers were growing increasingly skeptical of her intentions and decided it was necessary to speak to the other individual involved to gain more clarity on the situation involved in this okay unfor all right they said there was a screwdriver involved is there any screwdriver so you don't have any weapons on you or anything okay call go ahead my friend that knows her I don't know this room I'm here bring it okay so this is your house no it is my friend's house staying in the shed where all of my things are she keeps touching my I don't want touching my friend bobu in there but they're not here come back when he's here she wouldn't listen I asked her several times to leave she wouldn't leave I would her long enough for the rain let up she still wouldn't leave she tried to take like leaving with his stuff I never saw her with phone keep saying there's a phone in there I asked his brother to go in and look but did he get your name already no okay what's your name Crystal so this is where you've been living for how long couple weeks all right all right and you said who's your boyfriend he's not my boyfriend he's just a friend of mine so what's her affiliation to the house she's a was friend of of Robert yeah next BL something like that she's obviously got a jealousy issue okay I'm just this woman offered a calm and detailed account of the incident recounting events in a logical order and providing specific details her account helped fill in gaps that the caller's story had left and as the officers listened it became evident that the incident was more complex than initially reported so what's she doing here she come here to talk call she keeps calling all over my things trying to say that they're hers they're not they're mine you got should come back and talk to b42 but there was no physical altercation because she was trying to take his things not leaving trying to1 for 67 W check Z sign you have scratches on your chest do you want Rescue to come check you out no all right subject we're not hooking up I said honey I don't care if you guys are hooking up I just came over to say hi I wanted to see Miss Donna so I could tell her that I was doing good that I'm in a program last time she saw me she was helping me she put me in her house gave her house to me and that's why she's in the shed not trying to be any type of way she wouldn't let me touch any of my own stuff she's trying to say is hers and that's when she stood up she screamed out and I said honey uh I have PTSD you don't want to yell I said I'll leave in just a minute as soon as I find my phone I'm 40 years old I'm not going to just I'm welcome in this house I'm very welcome in this house the only reason pby on speaker phone he goes who is this she goes it's what a [ __ ] face he goes tell that other [ __ ] to leave no because he wants to get in her pants and he thinks that she's going to get jealous it means nothing okay and after what happened with your eye being The Way It Is Well that's can we please walk forward cuz I'm sure there you're going to you're going to tell me what happened and then if I need to go see something I will okay well there's probably like ABC or D that have blood on them as the officers cross-examined both parties they noticed a troubling pattern the caller's attempts to shift the blame became increasingly transparent and it started to appear that she was actively trying to mislead the investigation she was frantic and picking up anything and everything she could to hit me in the face with and I'm just trying to hold her back she weighs less than my 17-year-old daughter I could throw her for a long guard who touched you first she did what how did she touch you she told me to get out I said no I'm going to get my phone and she goes out okay so at what point did you then got hold her uh when she was reaching for weapons to hit me in Bas she doesn't have one scratch I'm pressing full charges I probably need uh stitches I'm not sure all right need uh no not yet I want to make sure I get my things out of there um were you one of the officers down on torence Avenue about the cabin the mysterious what's going on no that's probably the other guy that I get confused with a lot well I know there's a bunch of um between us there's a bunch of corner you know I'm talking okay I need you to stay focused and I'm not going to ask you cuz we've went off track like 20 times now all relevant I don't give a [ __ ] about a log cabin somewhere else I care about what happened here right now okay give me a second to go talk to her Ronnie 55 years of so she's saying that she stays in the sh she's she comes and starts touching things in the shed knock it off turns physical altercation we're here where we're at however you said there was no screwdriver she was me she scratches on her chest first honestly I couldn't tell you she went to swing on me and I reacted so I don't know who actually hit first but Bobby he's not here and I repeatedly for the past 2 hours asked her to leave she will not leave I said you can go now and she keeps touching my things this are my things I'm that's my room theyve asked her to leave because I called him up and they said you need to leave and she was trying to steal his headphones in his shoes and I don't know whether she got the headphones or not I don't know where my idea is right now honest I I I wrote all of her stuff down I was just going to go to my truck and run it quick the officers carefully piece together information from both accounts taking note of the differences and assessing each detail she refused the MS again and she um 54 the right East Bridge t why is it that the sheriffs don't treat because there's jurisdictions and this is the city do you have any marks anywhere else in your arms any well I'm not sure yet this guy was shreding me why are you guys being rude to me I'm just taking the picture listen I have PTSD I have diagnosised to all of us here vets okay so with all due respect please be cooperative so that we can get this result as if you guys just got mold I wouldn't expect you to be perfect in roses any other marks I'm not sure not only inconsistent but like fabricated and the only thing that they need from you is to answer their questions and then we can all get out of the rain but it's not yes a no question see that's a good question 94 that is my mother's address and that where they are stealing my family is Stu my kids have to see me like this and they're going to say mom why did you fight you guys do you know their approach rather than treating her as a victim they began questioning her actions that evening and exploring her possible motives for making the emergency call okay do you know anyone here that the little girl won't give me my phone back and refuses to let me in the room and hit me in the face with a weapon three times oh well I'm not getting into that I'm not there so I don't know what happens I do know that Crystal I knew Crystal was there she said she would stay there for me right and that's the only one other than Keith that's allowed on the property right okay well Keith did ask me to stay I feel uncomfortable so I'm going to go know yeah again I feel uncomfortable so I'm going to go but I do need my phone back upon leaving thank you what about all of my family's belong I just said an officer standby you're going to have to literally call non- emergency and you're going to have to be off property and have an officer respond and then we can have a discussion oh that's hang out with the house I would have done something it be okay um can you do me a do you have a Dave I do not get the sheriff's office I for who the regular just the S County Sheriff's office or to have Shelly come out or Don or JP I would suggest you meeting them at the Salvation Army in the morning going to meet me right here I'm getting my phone I'll do it off property okay well the Sheriff's Office isn't going to respond to get your phone and the two actually two the three names you mentioned are not uniformed why can't everyone grow up and she stand right here we're going to off the reacted immediately moving swiftly to prevent her from leaving the premises they instructed her to remain on site as they continued Gathering evidence but the woman refused to comply she argued with the officers questioning the grounds for her potential arrest and continuing to insist on her innocence now I'm not telling you again okay I'll you're welcome to do that I would suggest the sidewalk over there yeah I know but there that man come over to the sidewalk let's go okay all right Poli sidewalk not on the street it's a public RightWay anything I'm not going to disclose any information of my personal life to you okay okay and so she gets to hit me with weapons um and she's not going to J it's very inspirational for my next fight else we can do to help you no just to clarify both of you have marks on your bodies you're on a property that you're not allowed to be on and got into a physical altercation with someone I am as you were trying to take items from her take items my items okay I'm just telling you what happened okay so now how do I get uh what steps do I go from here um to uh acquire pictures taken of all of my family's belongings or should I have my family come down here with their attorneys and to take pictures I'm so serious you can do an officer standby at a later time when the homeowner is home and there can be a discussion between the homeowner yourself and the officers in regards to what may or may not be yours inside but we have no way to prove that you have anything in that house so that would be a civil issue okay do me a favor try calling away I might numerous inconsistencies in her statements the officers concluded that an arrest was necessary they informed her of her rights and took her into custody placing her in the patrol vehicle no excuse me actions had caused significant disruption and misled the investigation and they had ample reason to believe she had fabricated her initial report let me see what you got she hit me with like two or three different weapons weapons do we know what they are well no no one's checked that out yet SK but they're in there and they're bloody and and readly available needing to be put in a bag so we can them up did you I'm asking is it yes or excuse me and my phone may not be take these cuz they have her name on it the they not going to take just take me to my mom's house this is insane this is ttis I attended nus he just ripped me out you're damn right I did because you took your handcuffs off and you're disobeying my lawful orders again which is how we got ourselves in this situation in came and checked you out we're the okay and I need to speak with an attorney immediately please go get my phone didn't have to be like this why were you guys picking on me eventually the case was presented to the court where she faced multiple charges she was accused of disorderly conduct for causing a disturbance of making a false report to 911 and of committing domestic battery these charges
