chemical test you may have an independent chemical local test taken at your own expense okay so you have one prior one prior conviction right yeah so if you refuse my test your license will be suspended for two years okay if you take the test with one prior and you're found at or above the legal limit your license will be suspended for one year okay so you told me you want to take you don't want to take the test um in this case I'm going to be asking for a breath test a urine test and you have the option of either giving me that or not and if you don't then you know there there's your punishments there's your penalties yeah obviously you know our court system um you know you can request for driving privileges if you work if you have kids and stuff like that whether those are granted or not I don't know that's up to the judge okay so those are your options okay still want to go with the refusal yeah okay all right your right here I'm going walk you out to the lobby
