On December 23, 2023, Marysville Police Officer Morgan observed a white Honda fail to stop at a red light. He initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle and the woman initially denied consuming any alcohol. When Officer Morgan advised her that he could smell alcohol, she then admitted to consuming one beer. She was asked to step out of the vehicle in order to perform standardized field sobriety tests. She was eventually arrested for her 2nd DUI and was transported to the Marysville police station. Her previous conviction was the result of a 2021 DUI arrest. At the police station, she refused to submit to an evidential breath test or provide a urine specimen. She was released about 45 minutes later with numerous citations. Her charges and the outcome of her case are discussed at the end of the video.
