sure you in fact haven't been drinking at all tonight okay so I'm going to do some field sobriety tests real quick um go through those if you're completely sober and haven't had nothing at all to drink tonight uh I mean you fell sleep and it you're going to get a take it for failure control yeah but uh otherwise that's um so do you have any recent head injuries or anything like that no okay do
