to own the block the suspect also hinted at having a weapon while in route officers noted that the subject Robert Willie was a suspect in a bicycle theft from earlier that day you know what I'm not I'm guessing I know he had a bike and they couldn't tell me if he had brought it with him yeah what happened so I was uh I live over here and I was walking through this tunnel and I was coming by this I'm going to the gym right here and he comes up rolls up behind me and tries to es get a fight saying I don't ever want to catch you walking through here again and he's like you know you're breaking the law cutting through this and he's he he I saw him uh yesterday too and he got gave me this death look so he comes riding up so he basically was trying to instigate a fight though yeah and I just kept walking he kept he kept you know muttering behind me so I turn up my headphones got it okay okay um would you be willing to write a statement on what happened today okay awesome I'm just you know I I don't want to get jum going through here by next oh right yeah exactly told you man he doesn't have a membership of that gym dude I knew that hey it's okay listen you messed up dude it's fine I of loing around and then he leaves with it think that he stole it from somebody so okay then I don't have that but so I'll lock it up he's got a bike lock so he said he didn't have a key or something with disorderly conduct threats to law enforcement carrying concealed knife three counts of felony bail jumping two counts misdemeanor bail jumping all repeat offenses Robert's cash Bond was set at $110,000 due to his extensive history with law enforcement only 7 months prior Robert had repeatedly shot a crossbow at his neighbors one month later the court decided to dismiss all charges except the threat to a law enforcement officer Robert was ordered to 120 days in jail this is Ryan hey Ryan this is Officer young calling you back hey how you doing hey not too bad see uh so you had originally called called the dispatch about the subject you saw outside of the outside of Highland then yeah me okay can you explain uh what was going on yeah so I was I work at your house Wars and a lot of us work out at Highland and I was just on my way back and I hear this guy yelling at me um call me a skin head saying he's got something or he's packing something and then I just turn around and I I wasn't sure who he was talking to and then I look at him I ask him what he's talking about and then he said you know keep moving he owns his block whatever whatever and then I asked him what again because I was just kind of thrown off and then he said he's going to call the cops I said okay go ahead you know cuz I didn't do anything to him I think he was just looking for a fight um and then I decided you know just let it pass I didn't want to but I kept walking and I walked back to my work it's I mean it's 2 minutes away yeah and I just called the non-emergency cuz I'm not sure if he's been doing that a lot or if there was other people walking past who he was harassing but I figured it was in the best interest of everyone's safety if he was at least talked to so right yep yeah there was some other there was another person that also flagged me down that uh said he was doing the same thing to him too so uh no glad you called I appreciate it make sure to like subscribe and
