Officers responded to Highland Fitness East for a disorderly conduct report. A witness stated that a man on a bike yelled at him, called him a skinhead, and claimed to "own the block," possibly implying he had a weapon. Officers identified the suspect as Robert Willi, who was also a suspect in a bicycle theft earlier that day. Dispatch confirmed Willi was a felon, leading to his arrest for possession of a knife. #wisconsin #DisorderlyConduct #cops #PoliceArrest #LawEnforcement #eauclaire Narration by Chad Lubinski- / @chadlubinski Subscribe for more from BodyCam Raw Wisconsin: Find and watch full episodes on our site: / @bodycamrawwisconsin Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/profile.php...
