Officers were dispatched to the above listed location to assist Ohio State Patrol on a traffic stop. Officers arrived on scene and observed a State Patrolman speaking to the the driver of the listed vehicle. The driver/owner, Demetrius Jackson, was refusing to get out the vehicle after being given a lawful order by the State Patrolman. Once the State Patrolman started to physically pull Jackson out of the vehicle, officers assisted by pulling Jackson out of the vehicle and onto the ground. Once Jackson was on the ground, officers assisted in handcuffing Jackson with no further incident. EMS was on scene evaluated Jackson. SGT Notified and on scene.
