At the time of this interaction, razor clams had a 15 per person bag limit. In the end, both were charged with being over the bag limit on razor clams and failing to provide clams for inspection upon request. The court records were not available online, but we called the courthouse to discuss. On two different phone calls, we were advised that both cases were closed and dismissed. In complete disbelief, we called the prosecutor’s office. We were advised that both suspects entered a 6-month pre-trial diversion program. At the end of the program, the cases were closed without prejudice. If you like this video and want to see more like it, Subscribe to Arrest Cam.
