Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: At 12:13 AM on February 17, 2025, Tampa Police Officer Thomas Baden saw a 2024 Kia SUV hit a cardboard box in the road. The car kept swerving between lanes on W Cleveland Street. Baden clocked the driver going 43 MPH in a 35 MPH zone. He turned on his lights and stopped the car near S Bradford Avenue and W Azeele Street. The driver was Lidia Paola Cervantes Cisneros. Baden smelled alcohol and saw that Paola seemed impaired. She told him she was leaving Yard House and had been drinking. He asked her to get out of the car for sobriety tests. First, he did the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus test. Paola showed all six signs of impairment. Next was the Walk and Turn test. She failed to touch heel-to-toe and turned the wrong way. Finally, she tried the One Leg Stand. She did not lift her foot right and put it down too early. The officer arrested Paola for DUI. Her driving was erratic, she smelled of alcohol, and she failed the tests. Baden took her to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office. There, she took a breath test. Her results were 0.125 and 0.113, both above the 0.08 legal limit.
