See her first arrest video here: https://youtu.be/AyyWot5EVLE On February 16, 2024, Rio Rancho Police Officer Roskos stopped a 40-year-old woman for speeding in a construction zone. He immediately recognized the woman as "Jennifer" because she had been arrested for DUI the night before. Once again, Officer Roskos suspected the woman of being impaired. She was asked to exit her vehicle and perform standardized field sobriety tests. After the tests, she was then placed under arrest for her 2nd DUI in 2 nights. Instead of going to jail, she demanded to be taken to a detox center. At the police station, she refused to submit to a breath test. Her charges and the outcome of her case are discussed at the end of the video.
