He pulled up to find a 2018 Toyota Camry smashed against the guardrail. Witnesses said the driver hit 120 MPH. Airbags had popped. Debris littered the road. Trammell spoke to a passenger first. Then he met the driver, 20-year-old Augusta Naggie. As they talked, alcohol stench hit him. He spotted clear signs of impairment. Augusta confessed to drinking earlier. She even mentioned a DUI bust two years ago. Suspicious, he asked for field sobriety tests. He began with Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus. Next came Walk and Turn. She skipped heel-to-toe steps.
