In the early morning hours of December 25, 2024, Brimfield Police Officers responded to a motor vehicle accident. Officers suspected the 19-year-old driver of being impaired, so field sobriety tests were conducted. Afterwards, she was arrested for Operating a Vehicle Impaired (OVI) and for a Marked Lanes violation. The breath alcohol testing was performed and the results were 0.000%. She then submitted to a urine specimen since officers discovered controlled substances in her vehicle. Her case is still open and all suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
